I'm Kara :) I'm an adventurer, risk-taker, traveler, and wedding+ elopement photographer! I know that you're looking for more than just beautiful wedding photos which is why my work with you doesn't start (or end) there. You deserve an expert- somebody who can give you the best advice & industry secrets. I know the ins & outs of weddings because I live them every weekend & know the very real stress that comes with planning a wedding. Hiring me means being able to rest + relax knowing that everything is taken care of; somebody anticipating your needs before you even know them. I'm your hype girl, confidant, & the one to open the dance floor.

From the minute you book, we're going to work together to build the wedding of your dreams. Share your vision with me & let me bring it to life with vendor recommendations, a customized timeline, location scouting, tips + tricks, & a best friend to go through this with. My shooting style is classic + candid, warm + natural, centered on emotions. Your day will be filled with the love you and your partner share and you deserve a photographer who cares about that first & foremost. I love the intimate moments, big laughs + everything in between. You don't need to be a model in front of the camera- you just need to be you and I'll do the rest.

    Hiring Kara as our wedding photographer was possibly the best decision we made for our wedding. She was incredibly flexible with scheduling, both with our engagement photoshoot (navigating around some rainstorms!) and postponing our wedding date due to the pandemic. On our wedding date, Kara was the life of the party bringing excitement, joy, and a calm presence all at the same time. All of our friends and family have said how wonderful our photographers were and how they have never seen any vendor quite like her. To top it all off, our photos are absolutely incredible and a dream come true. She captured moments on our wedding day that I thought only existed in my memory. I highly recommend booking Kara as your wedding or engagement shoot photographer! I know that I will be booking her again for any of our future life events.

    Look no further if you are searching for that special, amazing wedding photographer. Kara is incredibly talented, highly organized, kind, fun and easy to work with! My husband and I were absolutely blown away by the beauty and quality of our wedding photos! I can not express enough how Kara has the perfect balance of talent/creativity, organization and professionalism. I was impressed by her from the start, she is a real pro, and her sweet and laid back demeanor is so very calming on your wedding day! My bridal party loved her and said how comfortable she made everyone. Her photos speak for themselves. I will cherish our wedding photos forever, and you will too!!

    We absolutely love Kara! We used her for our engagement, city hall ceremony, and our wedding in Savannah, GA. She is absolutely wonderful. We were so anxious to do our engagement pictures, but she immediately made us feel comfortable and calm. We knew we had to have her for the rest of our wedding. She is so creative and endlessly talented. We are so lucky to have gotten to work with her throughout our engagement/wedding. She also is great at advocating for what YOU want for your day, she helped with the timeline, she answered any question we had, and she also literally stitched my dress up 10 minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle - she can do it all haha. We have zero regrets in hiring her. She is the best.
