Owner/Lead Photographer

Kathryn, a Modesto native, began her career as a teacher with Teach for America in the San Francisco Bay Area, and after years in the classroom was driven to nonprofit work. Her photography business was born out of the desire to continue that work while also being financially independent. Kathryn is incredibly thankful for that winding path, and for all the wonderful couples who have allowed this dream to become a thriving business. Kathryn absolutely loves getting to capture special moments all over California and beyond, and strives to create clean, classic images and build meaningful connections with couples.     Kathryn is wonderful! We did our engagement photos with her as well as our wedding photos. She was so easy to work with, never once added to the stress of such an important day and gave us hundreds of beautiful photos. Four years into our marriage and I still have our album bookmarked on my browsers to flip through often. I highly recommend Kathryn for all your photo needs and hope to work with her for every special event in our future. She was flexible, intuitive and never once felt intrusive during our ceremony but managed to capture so many perfect shots.
