Hi! I'm Kayla, owner of Kayla Lupean Photography. I have been photographing weddings since 2009 and have been full time with my business since 2013. I have photographed over 500 weddings since beginning my business and am passionate about capturing all of the big and small moments that happen during a wedding day to create the first heirloom of your love, your friends and your family for your marriage and life together! For portraits I focus on creating classic images that stand the test of time and that showcase your joy and love. For the wedding day I focus on capturing authentic moments and interactions between you and the ones you love.

I strive to capture authentic moments and create a set of images that you will be proud to have as a reminder of your wedding day! On your wedding day I serve as your photographer but also make it my goal to ensure your day runs smoothly. Together we carefully plan a timeline based on the hours of coverage chosen and I keep everyone on track throughout the day so that you truly maximize the time you have with your loved ones. I do all of my editing in house and stick with a classic edit that looks just how your day looked with a slight pop of color and refinement - no dark and moody images here or editing that will quickly look dated.

    Kayla did our engagement photos, wedding photos, and videography. She is not only an amazing photographer, but she is also an amazing person. She made us feel so comfortable and we had so much fun. She is truly a professional and has an eye for creating the perfect position, lighting, and scene. I felt taken care of, and knew that we were in great hands with her direction and expertise. We love looking at her photos and video, and being transported right back to our special day.

    We had the pleasure of working with Kayla for our Engagement session and Wedding Day. Kayla was lovely and the images she captured are stunning! Kayla has excellent expertise and worked beautifully with our wedding planner to capture our day. Kayla made excellent suggestions, encouraging me to take “getting ready” pictures in my childhood home instead of the church’s dimly-lit bridal area. These are some of my most favorite pictures of the day! Kayla also knows how to gracefully manage a crowd, we had 30 minutes for church pictures and 5 family groupings to capture. Needless to say, we loved our experience with Kayla and look forward to working with her for family photographs in the coming years!

    Kayla is awesome! I followed her work for a while and knew I wanted to have her as our wedding photographer! Her work is creative, vibrant, and beautiful. You can see the emotions and love come through in her work. She has taken our engagement photos, wedding photos, and family photos. She was great to work with and helped with posing, directions, wedding details, and just made us feel so comfortable. Every time she takes photos of us, I am always like is that me?! I couldn't be happier with the results. To say I am obsessed is an understatement! I feel so lucky to have these beautiful photos forever.

    Kayla was absolutely incredible to work with!!!! From engagement photos to the wedding day she was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our experience awesome! She even helped me iron out my wedding timeline and gave me incredible recommendations for other vendors! And the pictures came out absolutely stunning!!! Kayla was hands on and easy going and took a huge amount of stress out of the wedding day and experience!!!! I’d highly recommend her!!! Can’t wait until I get another opportunity to use her photography skills again for family photos down the road!!!
