I'm Kim Lyn, a girlboss photographer that loves romance and natural light. I think your photos deserve to be as amazing as your story. If I'm not behind a camera you may find me curled up with a book, sprawled out on the couch binging on crime or romance shows, and eating (basically anything deep fried, spicy, soupy, or chocolate covered). I have a slight addiction with Coca Cola + Mountain Dew...they are my version of coffee. I adore laughing and will dance no matter where I am. Give me the sun, sand, and coast and you'll make me a happy girl.

I believe in celebrating the moments you feel the most like yourself. As a photographer, I tell your story as it unfolds. I encourage authentic moments and give direction when needed. The greatest joy for me is inspiring women to be unapologetically themselves. I am so blessed to be surrounded by women who truly believe in empowering one another. I adore my strong and beautiful Blush clients and I am so grateful to be on this journey called life with all of you.

    KIM IS TRULY THE BEST! I don't even know where to start - from the very beginning I just knew I wanted her to photograph our wedding; we didn't even talk to anyone else. Her website, instagram and overall style really spoke to me - it feels light, airy, romantic and everything I could ever want. After speaking with Kim we instantly clicked. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, friendly and warm. Any questions I had she answered. Once we did our engagement shoot with her and her husband Shiloh, I honestly felt like we were all friends. And that's what I value most because it allows you to be comfortable, 100% yourself and capture the best photos. I also did a boudoir shoot with Kim and I cannot speak more highly about the entire experience. I felt sexy, empowered and beautiful. Kim made me feel so comfortable which is extremely important when trying to be vulnerable on camera. The photos were absolutely amazing and I am so happy I can look back on them forever. Now to our wedding day!!! Kim was like an additional friend, planner, and confidant on that special day. She was with me for getting ready and guided me through the day, which I definitely needed. She helped with my dress, she helped take out my veil for me, she literally went above and beyond on everything. We had so many formal pictures to get through and Kim and Shiloh took charge and made it happen. We were beyond thankful to have them with us that day. They made us laugh, smile and brought out our best selves for our photos. It felt like we were just hanging out with our friends all day which is exactly what I wanted. I cannot explain how GORGEOUS our pictures turned out!!! I am absolutely obsessed with them!! You will not regret hiring them so just do it!!! Not only do we have these stunning pictures to remember our day forever, but we gained some lifelong friends along the way and I am extremely thankful for that!

    There just aren’t enough words to possibly describe how amazing each and every photo that Kim snaps. She literally is the BEST. She has captured the most special moments of my family’s life to my boudoir shoots. I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants a true professional to create a customized photography experience. She always makes me feel comfortable and is so easy to work with. She is a joy. I will be forever grateful for the beautiful images. The absolute best in the industry!!

    I'm a fellow wedding industry creative, I own my own event planning and design company, and I recently hired Kim to do a branding session for me. I have worked with Kim on weddings in the past and am aware of just how talented she is - she sits on my preferred vendor list! When it comes to branding photography, I had seen a testimonial of someone who had received headshots from her and they looked so relaxed. Their review even proclaimed that they'd never felt more comfortable in front of the camera. That extra little review from someone prompted me to reach out to Kim for my own branding photography session! I have a calm demeanor as a planner and sometimes I feel like it's really hard to capture that in photography. WELL, Kim nailed it! I was relaxed the entire time and was able to get through quite a few outfit changes without feeling rushed. Kim was patient, helped me get each shot just right, directed my positioning, made me laugh, and delivered a gallery that feels so totally me. Some more perks: incredibly fast turnaround, a favorites gallery that has way more pictures than I ever could have wished for, lots of fun on location, and images that will stand the test of time.     Kim will be my photographer for life! Or, at least as long as she'll have me. I first met Kim when my husband and I were searching for wedding photographers. We absolutely loved her timeless style and were eager to get to know her. We met up at a coffee shop and instantly felt a connection. She then snapped some engagement photos, helping us with posing along the way. It was a good sign of things to come! On our wedding day, Kim and Shiloh put us totally at ease. It was like they'd always been our best friends. They were warm and sweet and helped us cherish the day, all while keeping us to our schedule and getting us all the shots they promised with professionalism and clarity. When we ultimately got our photos back, we were so in love with how they'd captured the day. They say that your wedding photographer is your best investment - we couldn't agree more! My only disappointment was that we wouldn't be able to work with them again. A year or so later, though, I decided to gift my husband a boudoir album for his 30th birthday. I was so excited to be in front of Kim's camera again. She helped me feel so confident and made sure I was having fun. I'll also reiterate that she was incredibly professional and so timely. I look forward to the next chapter of my husband and I's life so we can have it captured by Kim and Shiloh. They are truly so talented at seizing life's most beautiful, precious moments. I can't speak enough to the relationship we were able to build with Kim and Shiloh. When you hire them, you're not just hiring a vendor. You're hiring a friend.
