About Kindred Light Photography LLC
Danielle Pomaville
Hi! I'm Danielle. I'm a Midwest elopement and intimate wedding photographer. Currently based in a small suburb just outside Detroit, Michigan, but available for travel anywhere! I have had a love for creating for as long as I can remember. When I was little, I drew everything as I saw it and I think that's why photography feels so perfect. It's an absolute dream to be an artist by trade and capturing special moments is a job I take to heart.
One of my favorite things in life is a good love story and I am on a mission to prove that real people can have the kind of love you see on television or in the movies. I want to tell the story of your wedding day in a completely raw and authentic way by capturing all the details and emotions at the moment. My style is real and unposed, but I will give you a small bit of guidance so you never have that "what do I do with my hands" feeling.

Don't hesitate for great elopement photos!
We loved working with Danielle. We decided to hire a photographer on super short notice and she was able to accommodate us; she did a lovely job making our families feel comfortable and catching shots both candid and posed. We've already printed an album and thank-you cards -- we're so grateful to have these photos!

Umplanned moments
Kindred Light has a way of capturing the moments you can't plan. Any photographer can capture those planned shots - those do not speak to their ability. Danielle has an eye and ability to capture the moments that speak the emotions without words, sounds, or captions. Being able to capture personality, emotion, expression, desire, and intent is something rare to find. Being able to have those moments/memories capture from our weddings is something we are forever grateful for! There is not a monetary value that you can put to those moments/memories!!!
