We are Laura & Drew! *IF YOU LOVE OUR WORK, PLEASE REACH OUT TO US ON OUR WEBSITE (personal information protected by Zola)* Laura is a full time artist working in photography, videography, & photo editing. Drew is a Ph.D. child clinical psychologist by day & photographs with Laura on weekends. Laura's middle name is really Memory! We are super chill and down to earth and hope our photos reflect that ease. We love those candid and joyful moments, genuine laughter, beautiful details, and capturing your love story in a journalistic and natural way. Always down for adventures, non traditional weddings, and travel!
We love natural light & candid moments. We love trying new things & exploring new places. We love people & love capturing your genuine stories whether in a still image or through video & sharing those for everyone to enjoy! It makes our hearts so full to photograph (digital & film!) & video weddings together & to share in that love! Together, we want to capture your unique love story. We’d LOVE to grab a drink with y’all or meet on Zoom! We’re such people people and we love getting to know you and your story. We’re open books and always here to help. The best vendor decision we made for our Wedding!
There is nothing quite like the peace and joy and love and laughter you feel when you spend your wedding day with Laura and Drew. Hiring Laura and Drew was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Not only did they capture every moment perfectly, but they have an incredible eye for special genuine moments shared between guests. We never felt awkward or rushed and we were constantly being hyped up by them. Not only are they talented at what they do, but they are also just genuine, lovely people. The photos and the memories they captured for us are precious and incredible. Hire them!! 10/10!!
LOVE LOVE LOVE LAURA
Y'all... I don't even know what to say about how much I love Laura and her husband, Drew. Not only did they capture our wedding day brilliantly, their presence actually made the day even better! Laura is exceptionally great to work with. Her paperwork is easy and prompt, she responds to emails quickly, and will even set up a virtual call to discuss whatever you would like. Her prices are fair for the amount of photos you receive and the quality of her work and service. Laura did our engagement photos and wedding photos. Scheduling our engagement session was easy and stress free (as was the wedding, but you probably already guessed that!). We met her in Miami since she was down there anyway. Laura was down for an adventure so we went to a botanical garden where we got eaten by mosquitos but Laura was positive and having fun the whole time. The photos are GORGEOUS and we used them for all of our wedding materials and website. We have gotten so many compliments on all of our photos! Laura and Drew arrived a day in advance of our wedding and let us know when they arrived so we had peace of mind. They were on time to our wedding (if not early) and stayed until they were contracted to leave, not a minute early. They were having so much fun at our wedding and captured so many amazing moments. As a note, they are super fun but also take their work very seriously and were busting their butts the whole day to make sure they caught every precious moment. Laura and Drew made us feel so comfortable. They are hilarious and go-with-the-flow but also make sure they stick to the timeline and are diligent about getting every picture you want. They arranged all of our bridal party and family photos, making sure they all looked good. Laura and Drew are also very sensitive to family matters. We have some complicated family dynamics and they handled them like champions, making sure our day was stress free. It is clear that Laura and Drew are committed to making sure the couple has a wonderful stress-free day. Laura carried around my extra makeup all day so I could blot my face and I'm pretty sure Drew served us drinks at one point because we were thirsty taking pictures. All of our friends are obsessed with Laura and Drew - we still talk about how much we love them several months later - because they are actually that wonderful. Laura and Drew are EXTREMELY inclusive. We are a same-sex couple and were so comfortable with them. All of their paperwork is gender neutral, which is not something I can say for our other vendors (no shade, it's just the truth) and it was sincerely appreciated. Some of our friends use they-them pronouns and Laura was sure to get this information in advance so she could make sure to call everyone what they prefer. We received a surprisingly large sneak peak of photos the day after our wedding. All of our friends and family were shocked at how quickly we got all those photos, but it's because Laura is an editing machine. We got all our other photos back well within the timeframe provided. There are literally hundreds of photos and every single one is perfection. Laura even did a little bit of photoshopping that I requested, which I really appreciated. Long story short, look no further for the wedding (or other event!) photographer of your dreams. Laura and Drew are truly one of a kind (well, two of a kind) and they will make your wedding day exceptional! I wish I could get married again so I can hang out with them more.

Laura is a dream to work with. Even when my wedding was postponed 3 times because of covid, Laura made adjustments and worked with us to find solutions. Her and her team made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day and the photos could not be more beautiful!
