Hi, I'm Laurel! I love to capture authentic, candid moments between you and your loved ones, as well as variations on classic poses. I like to think of myself as a storyteller for sweethearts in love. I specialize in natural light wedding photography, with an emphasis on fine art and candid images. On wedding days, my second shooter is my sweet husband, Jakub– that’s right, we are a husband and wife team! I love shooting all the emotion-filled moments and delicate details on your wedding day, and I couldn’t imagine doing it without Jakub by my side. We when aren't photographing, we are usually spending time with our Holland Lop, Beau!

The Collections do not include any travel fees outside North Carolina. Please provide your wedding details, and I will let you know if there are any travel fees. For NC weddings, at most, we ask for a two-night hotel stay, depending on amount of travel time from Raleigh, NC. All tax is included.

    Laurel has been the best party of our wedding process! From our engagement photos to our wedding day we loved having her there every moment.     Laurel & Jakub were the perfect choice for my wedding. From the initial consultation with Laurel where she trusted the girl who didn’t have a clue what to do but wanted a short engagement, to the engagement session, to the bridal portraits, to the day of the wedding- Laurel always helped & calmed our nerves & anxiety. She always made us feel comfortable in front of the camera & always respected our input/wants/don’t wants. She was the perfect asset to our wedding day.     Laurel & Jakub were very easy to work with, super responsive and willing to be flexible - roll with the punches - as we were married in 2020 during the craziness of the pandemic. They were also super great after the wedding when my computer crashed losing all my stored photos. Laurel sent them right away. You will enjoy these lovely people.
