BEST AROUND
Amazing. We are so grateful we found Lauren, she absolutely captured our day in the most authentic way, just how we wanted. Her work is incredible and we are so happy with how everything turned out. The film pictures are certainly the highlight!!! Lauren was so calm and welcoming, everyone felt so comfortable and relaxed! Thanks Lauren!
The Best Day Made Even Better With Lauren
It was just 7 months ago when I was scrolling photographers in my area on ZOLA and came across Laurens profile. I was immediately sure that we needed her to be our photographer. Her documentary-style of shooting combined with film was exactly what I had pictured for our day. After speaking with her on the phone for the first time I was immediately at ease with our decision. Lauren is so sweet, calm, and confident and those three things combined were exactly what I needed the day of our wedding. Lauren has an incredible sense of adventure and we are so grateful for her artistic eye that guided us away from the 'normal' poses and instead made us feel like literal models. We had so much fun playing around and the photos that we received are so sweet and special to us. When the skies opened up at our reception and the rain came pouring in, Lauren took no time at all to simply waterproof her camera and join all of us out in the downpour! I was so thankful that she went the extra mile to capture the wet hair, huge smiles, tie-limbo, and groovy moves. Lauren is someone that will tailor your photos exactly to your day, roll with the punches, and advocate for the things you asked for (even when things seem 'too' busy). We couldn't be more grateful for our experience with Lauren and hope you choose her too!
She just got us!
I cannot speak highly enough of Lauren! We came in from out of town for our wedding and never had the opportunity to meat Lauren in person prior to the wedding day. I was a little nervous about being photographed by someone I had never met (and being photographed in general), but not only did Lauren make myself and everyone feel totally at ease, she also got us and our vibe immediately and that is reflected perfectly through the amazing photos she captured. In addition to her demeanor and skill, Lauren was also incredibly patient and empathetic when we were faced with curveballs shortly prior to the wedding. For a while, we didn't even know if we were going to have a wedding at all! We ended up having to cancel our traditional wedding three months before the date and had a small and intimate ceremony at an AirBnB. Throughout all the surprises and unknowns, Lauren was happy to worth with us and was always so incredibly considerate, flexible, patient and kind and that meant the world to me. If you're looking for an approachable and disarming photographer who also takes INCREDIBLE photos, don't think twice about hiring Lauren! Thank you so much for everything Lauren!
Obsessed
The first time I saw Lauren’s website/Instagram and saw she shot in film, I knew I had to have her shoot our day. Not only is she super cool, she is incredibly talented. She made us feel so comfortable and beautiful day of. Having your photo taken can feel awkward but with Lauren’s direction we had a blast. Every image she delivered is beautiful! I keep showing them to everyone. Even those who do not ask. I cannot recommend her enough! Her sharing my love for one direction was just the cherry on top.
