I never dreamed of being a wedding photographer. I thought it was all the same, you show up to a venue, photograph different couples in the same poses every weekend and after is all said and done never see them again. However one day while I was taking photographs of people I loved and cared about it clicked! I could photograph couples who I truly got along with, who just want to have a great time on their wedding day. Couples who want to be themselves. Couples who I could consider friends, not clients. I’ve built my business on this premise and enjoy it every single day.

    Lily is a dream to work with! I’m always so excited when I find her on the vendor list for any event we are both working on. Her photography is phenomenal and she edits so quickly that you’ll have pictures Monday after a Saturday wedding. I always recommend her to my clients. She has such unique style.

    Lily is amazing to work with! She's the perfect unicorn combination of incredibly talented, easy to talk to, on top of communication & super chill. Her photos are both timeless and modern, and she's got the ninja skills I look for in a wedding photographer. :) I'm always super excited to work with Lily & my couples are always thrilled with the photos she takes. Win win.

    Lily was recommended to me from my sister whose daughter was a flower girl in a wedding that Lily shot a few years ago. I perused her website and her instagram and was so impressed by her style of photography. Once we connected, though, I knew VERY quickly that Lily was exactly the type of person that I wanted to be leading the charge/in my corner on such an important day! I cannot express enough how incredible Lily was leading up to our wedding- between the engagement shoot to answering my many questions via email incredibly fast-Lily was always there for us. When it came time for our wedding day, I knew we were in the absolute best hands between her and her second photographer, Joe. Lily was early to my parent's house that day and I felt immediately relieved to see her! She led the charge between setting up the most creative backdrops for photos to making sure we were sticking to the schedule, and offering helpful advice throughout the whole day. Lily and Joe were in constant communication which was so helpful because he was with the groom and groomsmen at a different location prior to our first look. It made me so relieved to know Joe was doing the same thing for the guys! Both Lily and Joe helped us and our families with countless things throughout the day-from putting on the boutonnieres to bustling my dress once we got to the reception! They went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. Lily is just an all-around awesome person to be around, who also happens to take the most incredible photographs. We just got our full gallery back and it is unbelievable how much she was able to capture throughout our day. I couldn't believe some of the specific shots they got because I had no recollection of Lily or Joe being remotely nearby! They both somehow moved throughout our ceremony and reception without ever being intrusive or too blatantly obvious. That must be such a hard balance to achieve as a wedding photographer, but Lily dominated at it. To sum it up, looking for a wedding photographer who is incredibly talented and who is equally as awesome? You found her!

    Lily's style truly tells more of a story than traditional wedding images - you can watch the whole day unfold through them, while still capturing the ones you want to send to your relatives for the holidays. It was her style of photography that has us hooked and once we connected we immediately realized this would be an incredible partnership. She coordinated with us the weeks leading up to the wedding and arrived day-of, immediately taking charge with the most calming presence, keeping everyone at ease. She captured every moment - some I didn't even realize would have photographed beautifully. Because of her, I now have the most heartwarming image of me with my grandmother, smiling at each other - it was a split second from the day and the whole moment tells its own story. When it came time for the family photos, she took control - calling out who was up next, how and where to stand, when to take a deep breath to relax the shoulders - you name it. She was so on top of it that we simply just enjoyed the day. We also used her photobooth and had her create our wedding album -- two services we are forever happy we decided on. The Sparklebooth images are SO fun and our album is absolute perfection. She assembled the entire thing, sent a digital copy for review, and then her schedule allowed her to hand-deliver the final version -- which we are still gushing over a year later. Her personality is electrifying and we can't wait to hire her for more life events whether it's a future family shoot, pet adoption, new home, a Tuesday -- anything. You'd be lucky to have her shoot your special day.
