Hello! I am Mackenzie. I have been a photographer for over 10 years now and have loved every single second to of it. I live in Villa Park but shoot all over the Chicagoland area and have travelled all over the country for weddings and events! My husband is usually my second shooter and I feel so lucky I get to work with him. I am all about murder mystery novels, Harry Potter and Jurassic Park. I have tattoos and pink hair and love color which I think shows up pretty vibrant in my work!

I love working with couples on their engagement session or wedding, families, and small businesses. I like to use prompts and play games to create a fun atmosphere for my clients to be themselves and feel comfortable in front of the camera. So no awkward stiff posing! Just photos that reflect who you are. Your loved ones. And your moments.

    Mackenzie and Lex are truly wonderful people and their talent is amazing !! They worked with us, for our wedding, durning Covid with no extra fees. I couldn’t thank them enough for their incredible work. I’ve been working with them for 3 years and I will book them for any family photos in the future. They are super sweet and kind.     I absolutely recommend Mackenzie! I was lucky enough to serve as a fellow vendor with Mackenzie at a past wedding. She was prompt in her communication, professional in her role as photographer during the day, and was so personable throughout the entire experience! Her work speaks for itself: her weddings, lifestyle shoots, and everything in between are vibrant and perfectly capture the memories that mean the most. Highly highly recommend.

    We cannot say enough positive things about our photo experiences with Mackenzie! My fiancé and I booked her for our engagement photos as well as our wedding. Mackenzie goes above and beyond with planning, personalization, and communication to make your experience easy, fun, and memorable. Not to mention, her photos are INCREDIBLE! We love her style because she captures the sweet details and all the in-the-moment action that makes wonderful photos and special memories. Her photos aren't forced and she is always down to try and suggest fun and new ideas (we highly recommend smoke bombs for your photos-- game changer!). Mackenzie is simply amazing and passionate about what she does. We will definitely be booking her in the future for all our photo needs.

    Mackenzie and her team are absolutely incredible. She was so flexible with start times and worked with me and my husband through everything! From our first meeting through the whole process she presented herself with professionalism and helped us capture our perfect day! We have used her for 2 family shoots, our engagement photos and our wedding video and photos. It was an easy decision that I would make again! I can’t wait to have another life event we need her to capture!
