Meridith Bright is an exceptional photographer. You would be absolutely blessed to have her by your side at any event. Meridith photographed my wedding (10/14/2023), welcome party (10/13/2023), and a recent family photography session (9/2023). I could not have been happier with her work, professionalism, and vibe. Due to budget reasons, we were unable to have a second shooter, but she was EVERYWHERE. Every single time I looked up, there was Meredith. It rained on my wedding day, which limited our availability for photo locations - no big deal, she improvised and came up with excellent second choices. When I stepped outside the tent to take selfies with my girlfriends in the rain, all of a sudden there was Meridith capturing our moment as well. I’m a photography addict and I had some out of the box ideas that Meridith admittedly didn't have experience with. I love that she was open and honest about not having done this type of photo before and I loved her willingness to try out the photo styles. One of these requested photos was in my sneak peak, and it was to die for, perfect. Two days before my wedding, my mother surprised me with a list of photos she would be requiring for the day. I thought my "official" timeline by my planner wasn't going to be able to accommodate this. Meridith took charge. She went back and forth with me multiple times over the next 48hrs and created a new timeline to ensure we could get it done. Lastly, after all that back and forth, I was insanely late the day of my wedding. There was a bit of drama (surprise lol), and I did not complete my hair and makeup until over an hour after I was supposed to. Oh my goodness was Meridith wonderful in this situation. She never flustered or got angry with me. Instead, she lovingly kept reminding me of the importance to have fun and enjoy this time. So while I was freaking out at the potential of ruining everything, Meridith was go with the flow, upbeat, and calming - all things I really needed. I got my sneak peak photos from the wedding and welcome party on 10/15/2023. 26 pictures of pure perfection. OBSESSED! They are absolutely gorgeous. The day had its fair share of craziness, but these pictures are out of this world – coming from someone with 105,891 pictures on their phone. I feel like I got my perfect day, which will forever mean the world to me and would not have been able to happen without Meridith Bright. Thank you for everything, Mer! And to the googlers still reading, book her – you won’t regret it.
