I prefer the candid moments, so it captures the true essence of the moment. I decided to pursue photography as a business in 2009 while planning our own wedding. I have photographed over 400 couple's stories from Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, Palm Springs, Temecula, Albuquerque, Mississippi, and beyond.

I always try to see the positive side in anything and very patient. I love capturing a couple's wedding day. At times you might catch me wiping away a few tears of happiness during your wedding day. I'm a hopeless romantic and will mention movies to help with photo ideas. While we do photograph many weddings in the Dallas, TX, and Fort Worth, TX areas, we are happy to travel around Texas and other states/countries to document your love story.

Monica’s photography truly captured exactly what I wanted for my wedding day and I don’t even have all the pictures yet. I got married two weeks ago and she has been so quick to get my photos uploaded and I’m still receiving them. You can tell she takes the time to review them and make sure they are what you want. I wanted a timeless look as that is what she has provided. She is very thoughtful in the poses, she asks you your photo list to ensure you capture all the photos on your big day with all the people and moment you want them with. It’s been also nice to work with her. As a couple on your big day you don’t get to see all the things that you’ve been decorating or buying for leading up to the day. Her team captured everything to help us relive that day over and over again. A lot of brides I’ve known sometimes wished they invested more in a photographer and I am glad I am the Bride that invested in a pro with experience! I love my photos so far!

I don’t even know where to begin. Since the moment I reached out to Monica, she was more than professional. Always helpful and attentive to all my needs. She took the time to get to know where I needed help and even offer some guidance. Her work is phenomenal, you get even get some wedding pictures right the next day after your wedding. Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal and teeth whitening for an additional charge.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.

In my 10+ years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive an online gallery, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.

Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
