My name is Sarah James Middleton, and I am a Wedding and Boudoir Photographer located in the DMV area. I am obsessed with capturing love. I strive to find the little moments and capture them so you can hold onto them forever. Love and a little magic go a long way to making your day better than you imagined. I'm here to document the real, the raw, and the romantic. Let's make something magical together.

A graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art, I have spent the past few years working in both freelance and editorial production in NY and D.C and have shot over 100 weddings in over 25 states! One thing that sets me apart from other photographers is that I’ve worked for years directing models- this comes in handy with making sure we get the best shots and most flattering angles and also with making you the most comfortable you can be on your big day!

    We had an incredible experience with Sarah! She is a lovely person and made the entire process a dream. She is very attentive, creative, and has a very quick turnaround time. Our engagement and wedding photos were stunning and everyone loved them!! She is also much more reasonably priced than the majority of weddings photographers. We will never use another photographer again!!

    We have worked with Sarah a few times and have thoroughly enjoyed all of our times with her! She had done two couple sessions and we loved her work so much, we decided to hire her for our wedding portraits. My family and I were pleased with the entire process. We had a few changes after our first inquiry; from choosing to elope, location change, then needing to reschedule due to a family member being sick. Sarah was flexible with the changes and made it work!! She had a makeup artist she referred me to as well! Sarah captured our vibes perfectly and we would not have done it any other way. She was professional, friendly, and overall great to be around! We cannot wait to hire her again in the future.
