My photography career started 7 years ago in the editorial world - shooting for big brands like Sephora, Miller Coors, T-Mobile, and Wanderlust. Commercial work was cool and all… until I shot my first wedding. I just knew by the happiness bubbling up in my heart that THIS is the industry I was made for. Being surrounded by happiness and love on such a meaningful day is SO fulfilling and inspiring to me. I absolutely adore my job, and I’m so freakin’ grateful to have the honor of documenting such a special occasion for you.

Scarlet Roots is the absolute BEST!! :)
Jules is the absolute best - it's as simple as that. From the moment we hired her for our wedding, we knew that we had made the right choice. Jules goes above and beyond for her couples - She truly cares about you and is there as a friend through the whole process. Not only is she an exceptionally skilled photographer, she is an incredible human being who gives so much love to the couples that she works with. On the day of our wedding, she brought such a peaceful and upbeat presence and it was beyond amazing to have her with us every step of the way. We trusted her to capture all of our special moments and she exceeded all of our expectations. When looking back at the photos, we are overwhelmed with gratitude. She captured our relationship and wedding day so authentically - we are able to relive every moment and emotion that we felt when looking back at the photos for years to come... and that is all thanks to Scarlet Roots. Update: It's been over a year since our wedding and every time we look at our wedding photos, we are BLOWN AWAY by how well she captured us and our day. The photos never cease to amaze us and we find new favorites all the time.
