While I do believe Summer is a good photographer, I don't believe she should advertise as a wedding/micro wedding photographer just yet. I hired Summer for my micro wedding on Feb 25. I was supposed to have get ready photos taken at our hotel at 2pm ,but was unable to make it there due to time constraints (My family and I did everything for the wedding ourselves). Once I realized I wasn't going to make it to the room at all, I emailed Summer right away (it was around 140) to let her know that we wouldn't be able to do the hotel location, and could we just meet at the venue. She agreed with no issues and I continued to get ready. My husband and brother in law get to the venue and Summer ask them to call me because she was worried about the candlelit ambiance of the room. Upon our prior conversations there was never any communications or questions regarding lighting, so I didn't know or think there would be an issue. I told her that was the ambiance we wanted and whatever lighting she needed to use to capture our pictures was fine. Now that was around 230. My wedding was supposed to start at 3pm, but believe it or not my car wouldn't Start and we were stuck waiting for Uber or a family member to bring myself and my maid of honor to the venue. So at this time all the guest had arrived. My husband and the guest were hanging about taking shots, and waiting. The ceremony was finally able to start at 4pm and concluded around 415. Now I paid 800 for 3 hrs and my package came with 180 images. I booked Summer from 2pm to 5pm. Now even with all the time constraints I still expected Summer to capture what she could while she was there. She was there with my husband and guest from 230 until 4 when the ceremony started and I have no guest pictures at all. Out of the 180 pictures that was promised in the package I got back 88. Out of the 88 photos at least 40 of those were duplicate photos in black and white. She did offer a reshoot, but you can't recreate a moment that was meant to be a once in a lifetime experience. Most of our guest flew in for the day, and If it wasn't for our videographer Jed I wouldn't have any first look, guest or group pictures at all. My videographer had no issues with lighting, he didn't need direction. He captured all the special and spontaneous moments and he was only there from 3 to 5.

My husband and I eloped and wanted a good photographer to capture our special day. We found Summer on Instagram, and she was great! She made us feel comfortable, even though it was just the two of us. We got married at "Little White Chapel," and even though our time ran out before the ceremony, Summer stayed till the end and even became our witness. We're so thankful we found her, and I'm sure everyone who works with her will feel the same way. We got our pictures really quickly, and they were even better than we expected. Thanks to Summer, our wedding day was beautiful and unforgettable.

I have worked with Summer before but this was the first time it was outside of a model meetup. She showed up early and ready to go. She got all different types of poses and pictures of not only me but my fiance as well. We got a ton of pictures back and very quickly as well. I would hire Summer again in a heartbeat she is so nice and easy to work with.
