I'm inspired to make you feel at ease and stress free for a fun day of shooting. I have a laid back shooting style that helps capture moments you will treasure for lifetime memories.     We came to SweetEmms with a limited budget and asked for only 2 hours of wedding coverage so we could ensure that someone not-related-to-us would capture the ceremony in photos. We found communication before the event a little tricky as we worked to get the contract signed, but with a few nudges were able to get the contract and deposit squared away. On the day of the event, Emily arrived early and captured detail shots of the venue, shot the ceremony, and then provided a few staged photos later. (We had hoped from our initial conversation there would have been more candid photos of our guests at the ceremony, but in hindsight we should have been more explicit about that hope.) After we returned from our honeymoon 2 weeks later, we reached out to Emily to ask about an ETA for photo delivery and didn't receive a response. We texted again a week later and received a kind apology that she had been ill. Three weeks later, we checked in over email and text once again, and a few days later she responded to say her editor was supposed to have sent them. We did ultimately get a link of nice photos that were edited well, we just wish the process hadn't been so clunky. Emily was a delightful human to work with, but if we had it to do over again, we'd make sure we shared all our expectations and timelines in advance. As much as we wanted to be "easy" since we were asking for a small package on a limited budget, communication would have been key for both us as customers and SweetEmms as a vendor. Hope this advice helps future newlyweds!

    Emily did everything she could to work with our budget and even though she did, it DID NOT mean I was sacrificing quality. She came and did my engagement photos in San Luis Obispo (where we got engaged) and then drove to Yosemite for the big day! She is an absolute joy to be around and such a nice person. Her photos made me feel beautiful! She really does well in capturing the candid moments. I would 100% call her again for any life event in the future!
