Hey, we're The Outlovers and we help plan, photograph and officiate epic elopements in the great outdoors. Whether you want to climb a mountain at dawn to catch the sun rise over the peaks, set off down a dusty desert road into the unknown, or road trip around a stunning national park .... If nature is your 'happy place', we got ya!

We're not just about showing up and taking pretty photos: we prioritize your EXPERIENCE above all else and want you to have an absolute blast on your elopement day. We're going to create an environment where you feel safe to be your truest selves and pride ourselves on creating images that reflect that.

    10 stars for The Outlovers!!! We are from out of state and from the beginning Chad and Vanessa were hands down the easiest and efficient couple to get along with and to make our elopement process a breeze. I found them on social media a year or two ago and knew instantly they were who we wanted for our wedding photographers, we just didn't know how to go about everything. They do a detailed job at getting to know yourself and your spouse from the very beginning, figuring out a location for you and then helping plan from there on out. We were planning to get married at Sapphire Point in Colorado but a couple weeks before The Outlovers recommended we check out Clinton Gulch Reservoir for our ceremony instead. Based on their expert opinion, my husband and I trusted them. We could not be happier that we did trust them in this decision! Clinton Gulch was a dream, we are so happy we trusted them. They know what they are doing and they do whatever they can to make sure you are taken care of. We would have them photograph our wedding again and again. They are so fun to be around and I felt like they were always one step ahead of us! We loved getting to know them and were sad when the day had ended. Cheers to Chad and Vanessa 10/10!!!

    The Outlovers made our Colorado/Utah elopement everything that we hoped it would be! They helped us plan an amazing, once-in a life time trip with a beautiful ceremony we will never forget! Chad and Vanessa are down to Earth, kind, and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. Our photos match exactly how we felt about our day: pure bliss! Preparing for our trip, the Outlovers checked in with us at every step of the way from the moment we reached out to them to the morning of our elopement. They guided us on exactly what to pack and made sure we were prepared for any weather, which came in handy when we unexpectedly encountered chilly winds and light rain. They even brought along items that we would never think of or couldn’t logistically bring in a suitcase. They helped to configure the backpack to carry the suit the morning of the elopement and pulled out an umbrella for us to use, in addition to our rain jackets. They even went out of their way to help with an elaborate surprise and preserve our picnic during travel. Chad and Vanessa are more than just photographers. They helped us plan our trip and provided advice on where to visit and what to do, even when we weren’t with them. They were our expert hiking guides, leading us on our drive up the mountain and through the dark with our headlamps on to our sunrise ceremony spot. Even as we raced to catch sunrise, they helped keep the mood light and made sure we never lost sight of the reason for the day. They have such an obvious passion for the outdoors and that helped us appreciate the experience that much more. We couldn’t have chosen a better pair than Chad and Vanessa to accompany us on our special day!
