    The value for photo and video combined was great for what we wanted to capture on our wedding day. Leading up to the big day, we had prep calls with our main photographer, Sarah Dodge, and videographer, Brian Perez. It was helpful to share what we like and don't like and talk through specific elements we wanted highlighted. Sarah is so personable and easy to work. We didn't want forced poses, so Sarah made a point to catch special moments throughout the night and got beautiful shots. We really appreciate how down-to-earth and upbeat she was. Brian was very easy-going and pleasant to work with as well. He and the editing team did a great job with our video, making sure we could look back on all the great memories for years to come. One thing we'd appreciate is if Timeless could scale back their initial questionnaire. It was very thorough but to the point of being redundant because questions became repetitive. We noticed the answers weren't leveraged as well as they could have been. For example, the secondary photographer didn't read about our preferences ahead of time--she was asked to capture the groomsmen getting ready, and basically asked my husband what to take pictures of instead of referring to the notes we already submitted and taking ownership of her role. Overall, it was a great experience working with Timeless and we would recommend them for couples interested in photo and video options.

LOVE that you fill out a survey and get matched with a photographer that would fit well with your expectations for engagement/ wedding day photos. Our engagement session turned out great thanks to our talented photographer Will Gibian who made the engagement session a fun and memorable experience with lots of laughter!
