Founded in 2009, Todd Danforth Photography is an award-winning destination wedding photography duo based between Southern California and New England. We are dedicated to the craft of visual storytelling, providing an authentic and intimate portrayal of your wedding with intention and lyrical artistry. Our photographs have been featured in renowned publications such as People Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings, Brides, Out Magazine, USA Today, California Wedding Day, and more.

We take great care to ensure our hand has touched every facet of the final product, from capturing your big day, to individually editing your images and delivering handmade prints and albums. As craftspeople, we never compromise quality, taking pride in our process which we have honed over the past decade to create individual experiences for each couple we work with. Though we split our time between Palm Springs and Boston, wedding photography has brought us to many locations, from yachts off the coast of Miami, to urban metropolises like New York City and San Francisco; the Green Mountains of Vermont, to the jungles of Tulum, and beyond.

    Todd is an incredible wedding photographer - as both a fellow wedding vendor and as a bride my experience with him was absolutely outstanding. As a colleague, it was a always a joy to arrive to an event to find that Todd was the photographer - his warm demeanor and kindness made every event we collaborated on extra special. Couples clearly adored him - I've known clients who returned to Todd after their weddings for family portraits, baby showers, birth announcements and all the other life milestones that he helps to commemorate with gorgeous photographs. I have recommended Todd to my dearest friends and cannot say enough good things about his incredible eye, warm presence and commitment to his craft.   When it came time to have my own wedding, there was no one else I could have imagined capturing the details of the day. Todd was an absolute joy to work with and his exquisite skill as a photographer made our wedding day incredibly special. As a very shy person, I was nervous about being photographed but Todd put me at my ease immediately and managed to make me feel relaxed, calm and centered enough to enjoy the day. Todd has a wonderful eye for composition and capturing the most beautiful and touching candid moments. As part of my getting ready photos, Todd took a picture of of me petting my beloved cat and that black and white photo is still one of my favorite photographs ever - both because it captures something intimately personal with deep significance, but also because it is a gorgeously composed work of art.   In addition to making beautiful photos, Todd's warmth, good humor and palpable love for his work make him a dream to work with. It's impossible not to smile around Todd, not just because he's taking your picture, but because his gentle energy makes you feel completely at your ease and cared for - his own smile radiates joy. Todd effortlessly manages all the complex details that go into capturing each and every moment of your special day and the results are breathtaking. I cannot recommend Todd highly enough!
