Tyler Jordan Soucy Photography

Tyler’s love of photography started in his mid-twenties while touring with the Billboard-charting indie-rock band, A Great Big Pile of Leaves. He began his professional photography career capturing behind-the-scenes images for national ad campaigns and found his strength in anticipating all of the emotional, hilarious, quirky and exciting candid moments. Tyler’s documentary photography style is inspired by photo journalism and his editing embodies the tones, contrast and color familiar to analog film. While he enjoys the technical and creative aspects of portraiture photography, capturing the spontaneity of life is what drives his work.

As a documentary style photographer, my main objective is to capture images that translate the emotions of every moment, big or small. I’m driven to produce enduring photographs that will transport you to your wedding day, whether it’s thirty days or thirty years later. I limit bookings to one wedding per week so that your day can receive my full attention with a fast turn around time on your gallery.
