Weddings by Hanel (pronounced like Chanel without a c) is a wedding photo & video studio creatively blending artistic photojournalism with beautiful portraiture. Our philosophy for photographing weddings is based on the belief that the most important part of our job is telling your story as beautifully as the story itself. Everything else is secondary. With hundreds of weddings under our belts, my team and I have been a part of weddings of all colors, sizes, and locations. Our destination weddings have taken them to some incredible locations, including Hawaii, Korea, and Aruba.

    Hanel and his team are true professionals! The eye him and his team have for catching the beauty in every moment is outstanding. We are in awe with the work they provide. Not only is the output artistic and amazing, their kindness and patience is incredible. Day of my wedding, I was stressed out - until Hanel walked in. I knew we were in good hands because he is a great director for where to go and what to do. I found Hanel because my brother used him for his wedding, a cousin used him, and of course I had to too. Word of mouth - but I hope to spread the word to others as well. Very deserving for the best recognition possible!!

    We're so grateful to have worked with Hanel for our wedding. His breadth of experience allowed him to give us advice and tips throughout the wedding process. He was really organized and followed up without being overbearing. He's VERY responsive and willing to work with you for your specific requests, which we really appreciated. He also gave photo tips before the wedding so that you won't have regrets about pictures that you didn't take.

    Weddings by Hanel did both our engagements shots (we had two different settings we wanted them in for variety's sake) and our wedding ceremony. I don't think I fully appreciated photographers until my experience with Hanel. He will do anything to get that perfect shot (stand in a ridiculously sunny spot on a hot day, letting us walk back and forth in the shade; spinning backwards in a ride in the air). I think our photos are SO SO BEAUTIFUL and everyone has commented that beyond the "cool shots"- the right posing and lovely backgrounds- Hanel was able to capture our relationship and personalities. Our photos are his testimonial. I am so happy we went with Weddings by Hanel.
