We'll find all of your vendors for you, arrange tours and meetings with them, create and maintain your budget, review contracts before you sign them, create the day-of timeline and set-up/break-down plan, coordinate your rehearsal, manage your RSVPs (and even follow up with invitees on your behalf), manage your hotel block, and be with you for up to 10 hours on your day.

For the couple that's made some progress on their own but wants help with a significant part of their planning journey. We'll find a handful of your vendors for you, arrange tours and meetings with them, create and maintain your budget, review contracts before you sign them, create the day-of timeline and set-up/break-down plan, coordinate your rehearsal, and be with you for up to 10 hours on your day.

Our Month-Of Coordination package is for the couple that is looking for help in the days leading up to their day. We'll do a final venue tour with you, take over vendor communication, and put together a day-of timeline. Our Day-Of Coordination package is for the couple that just wants someone to show up and keep the wedding day running smoothly! Both coordination packages include 8 hours of coordination on your wedding day.
