With over 20 yrs of event experience, We are a boutique special event planning and design company, focused on bringing affordability back into the Seattle event world. Born in a Pre-Covid 2020, we are looking to help fun, amazing couples navigate the challenging waters of wedding planning, post Pandemic. We want everyone to feel special on their day. We work with event budgets of all sizes to create a little "luxury magic" everywhere.

We have a lot of experience in multiple sectors of the wedding industry. We require all of our coordinators to have their food handler's permit and bartending license (in case of a disaster ;) ) We are a licensed, insured business with many connections in the Seattle Wedding Vendor Community. If a last minute no show happens, heaven forbid, we can usually quickly find a dependable vendor for you. We are Social Media focused. We are most active on IG & TikTok. We love featuring your day by filming TikToks throughout your event. We are female and Veteran Owned. We truly go above and beyond for our clients.

    I'm a wedding industry colleague, both a long time caterer (15 years, and a venue owner). We have met and worked with hundreds of different coordinators and planners over the years, and Rhiannon by far is one of the best around, without question. She's a dream and so easy to work with- smart, well organized, creative and has the ability to pivot on a dime when things come up. She's kind, thoughtful, and oh-so-resourceful in a pinch. Her years of experience, passion and desire to make each couple's day unique and memorable is amazing. Do yourself a favor and book 413 Events today.     My biggest advice to anyone planning a wedding is to hire 413 Events. They will save you time, they will save you money, and they will make your day as easy as possible. From the first day we met them (by lucky chance at the Seattle Wedding Expo!), they impressed us with their ability to answer every question and concern we had (and we had a lot!), making the entire planning process feel supportive and easy. On top of their day-of coordination responsibilities, they also helped us with our vendors -- even going to so far as saving the day by helping us fill a last-minute DJ spot! They were always available to bounce ideas and concerns off of and their attention to detail ended up saving us a ton of money, when they reviewed another vendor's quote. I think in the end, they saved us more money than they cost us. Thanks to their hard work we were able to relax and, more importantly, enjoy our wedding day stress-free. I honestly can’t imagine what our wedding would have looked like without their help. We are endlessly grateful for 413 Events for helping make our wedding day unforgettable!

    I had hired Rhiannon and Bridget at 413 Events after going back and forth with the uncertainty of “do I even need a wedding coordinator?”. And despite that uncertainty, I am beyond glad that I hired Rhiannon and Bridget as my day-of coordinators for my wedding. They handled so many tasks before and during the entirety of the wedding that I would not have been able to tackle on my own. Although Bridget was on a family leave at the time of my wedding, she was still responsive and present in assisting where she could. At my wedding, Rhiannon’s husband, who has also previously assisted, helped her in the coordination of our wedding on the day of and they did a fantastic job! The entire team went above and beyond for us and we appreciate all that they supported us with on the wedding day! Communication is clear and they were quick to respond to all questions we had. I would definitely recommend hiring Rhiannon and Bridget and will be recommending their services to any future couples that I know.

    Rhiannon and Bridget were great collaborators in the wedding planning process. From our initial call to wedding reception they shared excitement, ideas, and contacts to make our day as successful as possible. Need help finding photographers at X price range? They have a list for that. They are well connected, have been doing this for many years, and are great at keeping organized through their platform. We took a unique spin on our wedding reception and they were there in full support with great ideas. They helped in the complicated logistics of our vendors, a short setup/ teardown timeline, and muscle for the venue flip. They brought up concerns and to-dos in a timely manner for me to address them. All in all - a successful event and great time had by all.
