Unlike other Event Management Experts or Day of Coordinators, we work with you well in advance of your wedding to ensure you are on the right path with wedding planning. You'll have access to us at the get go for advice and anything wedding related, and to ensure you take advantage of all the tools we make available to you!

    I was on the fence about a coordinator but since I only had 4 months to plan I knew I needed some help. Agnes was absolutely amazing. She responded to me at 11pm when I was overthinking a floor plan, was extremely responsive via text and email every time I reached out. I am very detail oriented and thank god she is exactly the same. Everything from the timeline to the floor plan to the set up list was meticulously put together. Day of Agnes couldn't be there so my day of coordinator was Brenda who was absolutely amazing. There was one snafu with a rental company that did not deliver on time and Brenda snapped into action. Even Agnes who was at a different event put time and effort into helping find a solution from a far. I literally didn't think of anything on the day of my wedding except having fun which is exactly how it should be. Agnes came to me as a recommendation from a close friend and I would absolutely recommend her and her team over and over again.

    Agnes is such a pleasure to work with. She's friendly, kind, organized, attentive to every little detail... the kind of coordinator that will make all the difference with your wedding. The couples I know who have worked with Agnes are consistently thrilled and know that they are well taken care of. Plus your vendors will love working with her as well! Highly recommended

    If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further. Agnes and her team at A Fabulous Soirée are true professionals. They are attentive, insightful, and reasonably priced. They are there for you when you need them and they get the job done the way you want it done. I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator and I’m so glad we decided to move forward with Agnes. She made wedding planning flow so much smoother and more enjoyable especially with all the resources provided.

    I have worked with Agnes and her brides as their wedding day beauty artist. As a vendor I don’t get to see or get greeted by the wedding planner often but Agnes make the effort to welcome me on site and even before then with emails. Her communication with me is clear and she answers any questions and welcome changes that are need to make the day a smooth one. I appreciate her work and she bring a clam energy to the day. Which is so so important. Highly recommend her and her team
