As the owner and lead planner, I am driven by a deep sense of energy and focus that I bring to work every day. My clients become a part of the Beckerman family whom I wholeheartedly care for. My journey in event planning began 9 years ago after completing my undergraduate degree in event planning and hospitality management, along with a minor in business and law. Later, I earned a master's degree in business and project management, which has helped me to gain a comprehensive understanding of planning.

All packages are custom to your needs! Full service, partial planning or day of coordination, we never use a one size fits all approach. Most importantly, from contract to post wedding, you will receive unlimited communication. Our couples trust us not only because we deliver high quality work, but we wholeheartedly make ourselves available to listen and understand their own unique needs during one of the most cherished times of their lives.

    From the moment we enlisted Beckerman House of Planning back in the fall of 2021, Garbriella’s detailed management and meticulous planning truly set her apart. In addition to her event planning background she holds a Master of Business and Project Management which shows through in everything she touches. I instantly connected with Garbriella’s level-headed and calm approach. In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, she flawlessly orchestrated every aspect, from finalizing vendor contracts to creating a comprehensive timeline. Gabriella was very organized and proactive to ensure every element aligned with our vision. I was very much a DIY bride in all aspects of design, vendor sourcing, stationary, tablescapes, and details. Leading up to the wedding, she was a fantastic sounding board and stragetic partner. She reviewed contracts to ensure the scope was covered and also reviewed and provided feedback on our overall budget allocations. During the event, she made the process smooth and enjoyable from working with my sister to bustle my dress, to relighting candles that had blown out, coordinating with the venue and vendors, to boxing and hand delivering our cake to the hotel…no detail was too small for Garbriella to think about. Garbriella was integral in making all of my DIY ideas and designs come to life. She meticulously set up all of our centerpieces and accents. After the wedding, Garbriella carefully packed up all of our items for us to bring home. Beckerman House of Planning not only executed the logistics seamlessly but also went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions along the way that enhanced the overall experience and demonstrating a commitment that truly exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Beckerman House of Planning for coordination and/or planning needs for future couples!

    Without Beckerman Planning, we would not have had the wedding of our dreams. Garbriella worked around the clock before and during our wedding to ensure EVERYTHING was covered and taken care of. Before the Wedding, Garbriella kept us on track; regularly checking in and suggesting next steps to ensure we stayed ahead of everything wedding planning. Her knowledge was essential in discussing quotes with vendors, making major decisions, and keeping us calm as the big date approached. We were extremely impressed with her professionalism when dealing with vendors, and can’t thank her enough for playing hard ball when the moments got tough and we were too stressed to do so. During the wedding weekend, I cannot stress enough the importance of having the Beckerman Planning team on-site. From setup until breakdown, the team was working non-stop to help us have the perfect wedding. The team was there setting up and ensuring that every vendor brought everything that was contracted and everything was in perfect order. Including staying late the night before to ensure a vendor fixed a major mistake with our seating chart. On the day of the event, it felt like magic how everything was just done before we could even think about it. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our day, not having to worry about ANYTHING. Garbriella even taught all the Groomsmen how to put on their boutonnieres!!! The schedule Garbriella put together was a lifesaver, and even better was her ability to ensure everyone was in the right place at the right time. We could seriously go on all day about the amazing things this team did for us, down to every little detail. Garbriella made sure throughout the day that we were not stressing or worrying. She happily jumped in at a moments notice to any and every request we had without hesitation. Going above and beyond is an understatement to the dedication the Beckerman Planning team brings to your event. We were ecstatic to get back to the Airbnb and find that Garbriella had already been there - with all of our leftover pizza waiting for us for a late night snack. The Beckerman Planning team even continued to work after our event to make sure everything was accounted for, we were not overcharged, and checking in on how we felt. Garbriella is truly a superstar and if you want the wedding or event of the year, she’s the one to hire to make that happen!
