Bubbly & Blush Weddings was born in 2017 out of a passion for helping other people make their dream events a reality. We make the most important events in our clients' lives as memorable and stress free as possible. We enjoy working with you through every step of the way. Through strategic partnerships formed over the years, we've learned to be flexible and accommodating to each vendors and cleint's unique needs and preferences. We pride ourselves on being your team on the ground so you can spend time experiencing the day and living in the moment.

Planners like myself - become one of your best friends. I get to know you and then become this amazing worker bee, support system, and hype woman for you. My goal is to eliminate any stress in your day and ensure the day runs smoothly. My mission is to ensure that every event, no matter the occasion or size, is everything you have been imagining. I focus on making your day authentic to you. My promise to you is to be authentic and caring while keeping your best interests in mind. We treat all our clients with integrity and respect.     Brides-to-be: when you're working full-time and planning a wedding, sometimes the stress gets to be so much that you feel like you're going crazy! During this special time in your life, there's nothing more important than having someone in your corner who's there to help keep you organized and on track (and sane!). From the start of my wedding planning, Caitlyn was an invaluable resource for me. When I felt like I was losing my mind from the stress of it all, she would swoop in with helpful suggestions and advice, and even reached out to vendors to get quotes for me. She created a perfect and detailed timeline for me, and when the big day came, Caitlyn was there every step of the way to make sure everything went according to plan. She communicated with all my vendors and kept the timeline on track. The biggest benefit of working with Caitlyn, for me, was the peace of mind. Because of her hard work and attention to detail, I got to spend the best day of my life feeling relaxed and excited instead of nervous and stressed. I could not have made a better choice!     Caitlyn was amazing! She helped me every step of the way and ensured I stayed focused leading up to our wedding day by sending out lists of things to do, and helping me find the perfect vendors. We got married on the balcony of a large cabin in Pigeon Forge, Tn, and we had lots of decorations and setup to get ready for the wedding. Caitlyn was there early and helped set up decorations based on photos I had sent while me and the girls were having our hair and makeup done. Couldn't have asked for a better person to help make my day perfect!

    Caitlyn did an amazing job with my wedding florals. She worked with me on what I wanted, communicated with me on when she was making things and sent pictures of the progress along the way to make sure everything was turning out how I envisioned it. She let me know as soon as she shipped it, sent me the tracking information and even checked in with me a couple days after I received it to make sure it had gotten to me okay and I was pleased with everything! She was great to work with and I love the finished result. You definitely won’t regret working with her!

As a photographer, I highly recommend hiring a coordinator to make your day go smooth. And that is exactly what Caitlyn does; she makes the process so much easier. She goes above and beyond what the couples need while making sure everything is in its place and that the vendors have what they need.
