Bustle and Bloom is a boutique style wedding planning company, with a team of 4 incredible planners, based in Wesley Chapel, FL and servicing all of Tampa Bay. With over 8 years in the industry, We know that planning your day can be met with equal parts excitement and anxiety when the checklists are never ending and not in your normal wheelhouse. Good news - this is our jam! Making memories that are worthy of a lifetime while making the process enjoyable is what we love. Let us help you walk through walking down the aisle. As a previous Wedding and Events Director in South Louisiana, we've nailed southern hospitality while also having the industry experience to ensure you're in thoughtful and prepared hands. Our planning services marry well with our floral designs. It's not additions to grow our bottom line, but it's a seamless package that truly paints your day in the complete picture.

Description

You're engaged!! Congratulations!! Now what? We are here to walk you through the whole process. With our full planning service, we'll help you formulate a plan and budget, find your venue and dream-team of vendors. This package means you have full access when needed and scheduled planning meetings as well. If you're not sure where to start - start with a consultation and hear about all the ways we can keep joy in the planning process.

You've got your venue and nailed down some of your vendors, but feel a little lost in the sauce. Let us help with a sure gameplan and fill in all the gaps. We'll com in to your existing plan and create a plan to get the rest done. Need help finding the rest of your vendors, a timeline, floor plan & design - that's what we're here for. If you've already begun but the checklist now seems daunting, let us come in and offer the support you need.

You've found all of your vendors and made a plan, but want the eye of a professional to come in and ensure it's the best one. We're here for it. We join the party 6 weeks out from your event and help you bring it over the finish line. With a final site visit, we come up with your floor-plan design, a day of timeline for your vendors & are there from set up-breakdown the day of. We're the point person for all the questions & crisis so you aren't.

We offer full event design which includes but is not limited to: -fresh floral designs of bouquets, backdrops, centerpieces and installations -table linens (runners, napkins, etc) -Custom Signs (welcome, drinks, gifts and cards, etc) -candles, cake stands, etc

    Rebecca and her girls are one in a million! You want her team by your side on your wedding day. They go above and beyond to ensure your day goes smooth and everything is planned. They offer so many types of services so if you wanted they could be your one stop shop! If you need a day of coordnator, florist, rental decor, event planner, etc. look no further!!!

    My husband and I had the most beautiful day thanks to Rebecca at Bustle and Bloom! Rebecca has such a calming presence and we really felt like she had everything under control. It was such a blessing to be able to show up to the venue and not have to worry about anything. Communication with her throughout the planning process was seamless! She was easy to get in touch with and we appreciated the visual resources she provided us to show us design examples, floor plans, and day of itinerary. I felt heard when expressing my ideas and that was confirmed day of when she brought my ideas to life! It’s like she took all my Pinterest boards and made it look exactly how I imagined, if not better! She truly has a gift for making spaces beautiful and we are so thankful for all that she did for us!
