Charley Rice Weddings was founded in March 2022 with the vision of bringing intimacy and personality back into weddings. Charley was ordained by the American Marriage Ministries that same month and began performing ceremonies shortly after. In January of 2023, she began accepting coordination clients as well. Since then the business has grown almost entirely from word-of-mouth. Currently, Charley Rice Weddings offers three comprehensive officiating packages and two comprehensive coordination packages in addition to event rentals, honeymoon planning, and other add-ons.

Charley Rice Weddings believes in creating and conducting weddings in the unique likeness of those being married - acknowledging who you are as a couple and as individuals. It is our goal to showcase your epic love story by bringing your wedding vision to life. We achieve this by networking with reputable vendors, staying versed on the latest trends, and growing our knowledge base to cultivate a powerful hub for couples creating their happily ever after. We specialize in secular ceremonies and intimate wedding celebrations.

I'm just gonna say it - I was in over my head when it came to planning our wedding by myself. Charley Rice Weddings quite literally saved the day, and more. They went thoroughly above and beyond my expectations. Charley communicated clearly with me on an organized, but not overwhelming timeline, she took over all vendor communication for me which was especially helpful, and her planning skills are second to none. Charley and her team provided a completely customized itinerary for my wedding day and rehearsal dinner. They helped bring my exact wedding vision to life, right down to the nitty-gritty details. She set up all of my decor exactly how I wanted it to be done, took it down at the end of the night, and arranged for an easy pick up later that week for the extra stuff we couldn't take home that night. 10/10 would get married again (just to work with Charley again!!!)

No, we chose not to do so. We offer secular officiating services only.

Yes, I am the Lead Coordinator of my team and Owner of Charley Rice Weddings. Other team members include Assistant Coordinator Alex, Assistant Coordinator Kasey, Assistant Coordinator Morgan, and Rice Crew Member Caitlin.

I only accept one coordination booking per weekend and one officiating booking per day. This ensures that my attention and focus is on your even solely.

Charley Rice Weddings specializes in intimate and intentional wedding experiences. We believe that your wedding should reflect who you are both as a couple and as individuals. We want to showcase your epic love story in the most genuine and thoughful way.

Wedding Coordination packages come with (4) 1-Hour consults. In addition to your consults, we attend and run the rehearsal dinner and the wedding itself. Overall, you will spend about 24 hours with us in-person or on Zoom calls. Additionally, we will be in communication via email or text for the entirety of your services.

Yes, we love all things wedding. If you need assistance planning a bachelorette party, bridal shower, or engagement party, we have add-ons to our existing packages. We run the rehearsal dinner complimentary with all packages, but also have add-ons for planning the rehearsal dinner as well.
