Hi! I'm Courtney -- the owner and lead planner of Crown Coordination. You could say I'm your not-so-average pineapple obsessed, wine loving, adventure seeking chaos coordinator. When I say that I literally get married for a living and absolutely love it -- I mean it!

With 15+ years of experience from simultaneously planning events for hotels and independently, I can help make your dreams a reality. Whether you need guidance from day one or just the day-of, you can count on our team to be there for you. Courtney was outstanding! From our very first meeting, even before we decided to book her, she was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Once we did decide to move forward with her, she was an incredible resource. She recommended the majority of our vendors (who were all phenomenal in their own way), assisted with keeping tabs on our venue, and went above and beyond in supporting us through the myriad of details in planning our wedding. It's not exaggerating to say that we would have lost our minds without her keeping us on target. Although Courtney was already booked for another wedding on the day of, she was always available and ready to answer any questions that came up. We always felt fully supported, no matter how many weddings she was planning! On the day, we had Hillary, Courtney's second-in-command, there to run the show. She could not have been more amazing! If there were any hiccups, she handled them without our knowledge, and she made sure everything ran smoothly all day. We are so, so, so grateful to Crown Coordination for helping us create and execute the wedding of our dreams. The only downside now that our wedding is over is that we don't get to spend time with such incredible people!

Crown Coordination is hands down one of my favorite planners to work with. Not only is she professional, organized, and meticulous when it comes to details, she is so down-to-earth and easy to work with. Courtney is phenomenal. I have also worked with Hillary and she is just as incredible. Couples need to read reviews from past clients, but I think it is just as important for couples to know what other vendors think of their potential vendors. You simply can't go wrong when you book Crown Coordination!

We are SO incredibly grateful for Courtney and Crown Coordination. She made our wedding day an absolute dream and we still cannot get over how completely stress free the day was for us. We were able to truly enjoy every second because we knew Courtney had it all handled. Leading up to the wedding, she coordinated with our venue, all of our vendors and made sure every single detail was squared away so that on the day of, she could just hit the ground running and make everything come to life. She was literally made for this job - she is so kind, communicative, and organized. We seriously can't recommend her enough. Thank you again so much Courtney!

Courtney is truly a hidden gem! She's kind, informative, detail oriented, and driven. All the perfect things for a wedding planner.
