Ebeling Events is an award-winning event planning team currently servicing Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, and Santa Barbara counties in California and the greater Phoenix area in Arizona. If you have an event outside those areas, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are based in Malibu, CA hosting many destination weddings, and are willing to travel beyond to plan and execute your perfect event. We love what we do and look forward to helping you have an amazing event, within your budget, that you get to enjoy yourself! Ebeling Events creator, Kim has been in the hospitality industry her whole working life. Carly is our lead event planner

And has always had the event planning bug. Morgan is our associate lead wedding & event coordinator. We have partnered with event professionals and hired additional help as needed per event. We have also built great relationships with other vendors, and are able to refer the best referrals for your event. Description

Our duties include all activities and tasks as described in the Coordination & Partial Planning packages, but also include: ♥ Customizing all of our services based on your wedding location, guest count and date ♥ Venue research and scheduling tours ♥ Booking vendors and coordinating contracts and payments ♥ Managing your budget and providing guidance on how to not go over budget ♥ Providing Design Ideas & Guidance on overall theme ♥ Decorating and setting the mood at the venue for your wedding ♥ Providing a 2nd Assistant Coordinator for your wedding day ♥ Accommodating any last minute requests if possible. Changes made less than 72 hours in advance will be attempted, but cannot be guaranteed. ♥ Phone, text & email support is provided during this time; meetings will be scheduled as needed. ♥ Our essential wedding day emergency kit will be available for any last minute needs.

Our duties include all activities and tasks as described in the Coordination package, but also include: ♥ Examining your plans, highlighting any potential problems and proposing solutions ♥ Using our vendor contacts to find any outstanding suppliers, as needed ♥ Meeting with vendors prior to the wedding to confirm all arrangements are correct ♥ Creating additional personal touches and creative concepts ♥ Crafting a detailed timeline and design layout for wedding vendors ♥ Crafting the venue layout / floorplan for your event ♥ Putting the finishing touches in place at the wedding venue ♥ Arranging for the delivery of wedding gifts from the reception to a location pre-determined by the bridal couple ♥ One additional in person meeting 4-8 weeks prior to your wedding date ♥ Providing text support the two weeks prior to your wedding

Our duties include: ♥ Initial Meeting with couple ♥ Emails with tips for the wedding ♥ Crafting your timeline ♥ Final Wedding Day Timeline Review ♥ Contacting Vendors & Sharing Timeline ♥ Directing the rehearsal & final venue walk through ♥ Lead & Assistant Planner for your wedding ♥ Providing day-of vendor assistance & supervising set-up ♥ Set up décor on Welcome, Gift & Cake Tables ♥ Managing & Keeping the wedding on time ♥ Coordinating closing

    Kim was our coordinator for our wedding, and her services started the minute we booked her. She was incredibly communicative and helpful, providing guidance to all the questions I had. With her help, we were able to save on rentals and found an amazing DJ. She also handled a lot of communication with us and the venue – which was helpful. On wedding day, Kim was amazing! She was calm, helpful, on top of it, and had our best intentions at heart. I truly felt like a guest at my own wedding, which was incredible. Would definitely recommend Kim and the Ebeling Events team.

    We worked with Kim in May 2023. In our experience, she was disorganized, not proactive, and did not prioritize us or our event. A lot of the time I genuinely felt like she couldn’t even tell us apart from other couples. Her professionalism leaves more to be desired. I found out after the wedding that she dropped the ball on multiple things, which is upsetting. For what she charges, she did the absolute bare minimum. I would not recommend her services.
