Her organizational skills combined with her attention to detail make her the perfect person to bring your vision to life. At Elardo Events, we care about our work just as much as we care about the people we are doing the work for.

Tara has worked MANY different roles in the industry including being a cater waiter, catering sales manager, front desk agent at a hotel, kitchen staff member, corporate event planner, social event planner, and much more. Her versatile experience allows her to appreciate the work of her vendors and empathize with them. While her main focus is making the clients happy, she also understands the importance of prioritizing vendor needs and ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver a seamless event. This approach has been reinforced through positive feedback from all vendors she has worked with.

    I legitimately do not even know where to begin, other than HIRE TARA IMMEDIATELY! I am probably one of the most Type A people, you will ever meet. So relinquishing control day of was extremely hard for me. However, I knew that if I actually wanted to enjoy the day, unlike many of the weddings I have been in previously, I needed a day of coordinator. I interviewed several and Tara was the ONLY one that made me feel good. She was thorough, on top of things, and, quite frankly, equally as Type A. I can honestly say we were ALWAYS on the same page. I swear every email between us started with "I was just about to ask you...". I never would have been able to relax on my day, had it not been for Tara. She took my vision and brought it to life, despite the venue not being prepared, and giving some push back. She was able to pivot flawlessly whenever there was a hurdle, and she truly delivered the dreamiest wedding for us! Never once did stress get passed down to us as the Bride and Groom. She was reassuring, confident and helpful. Honestly, the day was better than I ever could have imagined, given some of the issues we had with the venue. She was a total and complete life saver, running between the two hotels my now Husband and I were at, when we forgot things. She even brought things to our hotel rooms for us, when we had forgotten them. I got home thinking I had lost my personalized hanger, and low and behold found it neatly packed away in one of my boxes, courtesy of Tara. She controlled all of the controllables and more, and I have not heard a single negative things about the day. In fact, I have had guests ask for her number, because she was so incredible and on top of everything. The best advice I can give to any couple in need of any wedding planning/coordination services is RUN DO NOT WALK TO ELARDO EVENTS. She is quite possibly, the best!

    If you read any review, read this one. For context, I'm a producer, my entire career is planning big scale events, productions, and hiring people. We went through 3 coordinators before finding Tara and it was because I had such a high standard for who I wanted to help me on my wedding day. Tara was, hands down, the best thing that could have happened to us for our wedding. We had multiple setbacks and last minute changes and none of them threw Tara off her step. She was honest with us 100% of the time about what was possible and what wasn't possible. And whenever either of us had concerns, Tara's response was always exactly what we needed to hear. She assured us that everything would work out and she would take care of it and she absolutely did. We did all of the decorations for our wedding ourselves and relied on Tara to set it up and execute our vision. Not only were we both FLOORED walking down the aisle seeing what she had done, it was actually better than we could have ever imagined. Additionally, after the wedding I found out that there was an issue with our credit card that almost prevented the vendor from delivering the items on time - Tara took care of it without telling us (the best thing a wedding coordinator can do) and I really appreciated how it was handled without needing to ask us. I can't say this enough, Tara was the best thing that ever happened to us for our wedding. Truly I don't think we paid her enough. We are so incredibly grateful for what she's done for us and if we were to ever have a huge event in need of planning, I'd hire her in a heartbeat. Stop looking for a coordinator, just hire her. If you see this same review on multiple sites, it is because I will never stop copying and pasting how amazing this woman and her business is. Wishing you all as great of a wedding as we had.

    My team and I recently worked with Tara on a wedding in October and I was blown away! I run an event Hair and Makeup team and Tara's planning work made everything run beyond smoothly! She's excellent at communicating with vendors and literally made my job 1000 times easier due to her diligence and expertise! I would recommend Tara to any Bride who needs a kind soul to organize the "chaos" of wedding planning! Thanks for being amazing Tara!
