Evelyn Events was founded in 2020 not knowing a pandemic was underway. Owner, Olivia Evelyn Lynes, is based in Los Angeles, CA and originally from Baltimore, Maryland. Evelyn Events is a full service wedding planning firm that helps couples in Los Angles and the DMV. Evelyn Events does full service wedding planning and assists in design for elopements, engagements, and showers. Olivia has been in the events industry for over 10 years and founded Evelyn Events to focus on the events she's enjoys the most. Evelyn Events has the eye for design and is proficient with organization.

Any couples we have helped can attest to feeling the least amount of stress, the most amount of fun, and details that last forever. We bring to life timeless details + designs for our couples on either coast; so they can sit back, relax + be boujee.

Description

Sit back, relax and enjoy the process as we narrow down all your choices to 3 making it easier for Your special day to become more than you could've imagined.

This service is for you if you enjoy logistics and want to plan your wedding and have knowledge of where the gaps are in the process. We will do the grunt work for the things you do not enjoy or do not have time to get to. These services must be booked no less than 6 months in advance. Wedding Day Management is NOT offered as an A la Carte Service

Wedding Day Management We completely take over 60 days prior to the wedding, making sure everything is secure and ready to go on the big day. That dream you have been working tirelessly to plan, we will take it all off your hands and begin the execution process. All you have to do is show up!

For *Non- Wedding Events* you have the where and when but need help with design. We will work with your inspiration boards, coordinate with floral, decor, lighting and linens.

    I had the pleasure of working with Olivia, the owner at Evelyn Events, for the first time this year, and Olivia and her team did a great job! Her attention to detail, timeline collaboration, organizational skills, and ability to handle the complexities of the wedding were truly impressive. From start to finish, the wedding ran smoothly. As a wedding photographer, shooting a wedding involves various unexpected things happening really fast, so being in constant communication with the coordinator and her team is key. Olivia was fantastic, and I am really looking forward to working with her more in the future!
