I have spent the last 8 years planning, coordinating, and running events, conferences, and weddings. When the world froze during COVID, I continued my studies and got my Certified Wedding Planner certificate. It has been beyond fulfilling to bring families together and be a part of couples’ love-filled, special day.

Whether it is a conference, wedding, or special event, I would love to help you plan your perfect day. Whatever the occasion may be - I will be dedicated and meticulous every step of the way. It is my goal to make sure that you feel assured and confident that your vision is being executed throughout the planning process.

Description

For clients that are looking for more extensive input and guidance throughout the entire planning process. Forever by Fern will aid in the planning decisions and processes, day of coordination, vendor coordination, and conceptualization. This package typically requires a 6-month lead time or involvement from the inception of the event.

3 Months of full virtual guidance - including emails, phone calls and text messaging. Forever by Fern will provide you with our proprietary templates and checklists to ensure every element of your day is accounted for. (No day of coordination- all virtual)

This package is for clients who are confident in their planning process, but are looking for a Day of Coordinator to execute their vision. Forever by Fern will consult, guide, and setup the event as envisioned by the client. This package requires at least one month of lead time to ensure a thorough understanding of the project and goals.

    Fern managed the wedding prior to, during, and the daunting cleanup task after the wedding. Everything was well planned, coordinated, on-time, and all the vendors were kept in the loop; making my day as the DJ for that event super easy. My clients were nothing but smiles the entire event and a big portion of that is Fern's ability to keep them calm and realize that our clients "own us" that day.
