I have been in the business for over 25 years. I have lived all over the world and have worked and experienced so many wonderful ways to do things that I believe passing them on during an event is fabulous. I enjoy very much working with our couples and fulfilling their dreams and illuminating their stress. Listening to their thoughts on what they want on this very special day and being able to incorporate it all. What we enjoy most is exceeding the couples expectations it is our absolute goal!

Heartfelt is just that, everything comes from the Heart. We try very much to incorporate family items, special memories, soft touches. It is important to listen to the couple and pick up on things that matter, for instance a special dessert that a family member made, possibly incorporating that for a special treat. Heartfelt not only does weddings and events but we are a full service event company. We have our own linens, cutlery, crockery, we have a catering license and we do desserts as well as flowers design.

    I planned my wedding on a pretty short timeline and was totally overwhelmed before I met her but she quickly put my mind at ease. Her talents are seemingly endless... not only did she do the things that I might have expected like coordinating rentals and items that needed to be purchased, but she even put together our flower arrangements, catered the cocktail hour and staffed the bar! I literally cannot recommend her highly enough!

    Jackie was an incredibly helpful vendor in helping ensure everything went extremely smoothly the day of our wedding as well as creating and perfecting gorgeous floral displays. She did all of our flowers for the wedding and executed the vision I even had a hard time describing PERFECTLY. I now have the best memories from our special day and working with Jackie, highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for planning support or floral design work.

    Heartfelt Events has done all of my events for the past 3 years. I used to cater and plan all of my own events but with age I have slowed down and thank goodness I have found Heartfelt Events. Jackie Moe is of the highest quality in professional, top level service. She takes all of my ideas and elevates them to new heights. I am truly blown away at her myriad of available decorations, ideas and energy. Her catering has added a whole new layer to the overall event planning. She brings gluten free and vegan options to the mainstays and presentation takes on a whole new meaning with her whimsical plates, glasses and floral decor. She has hosted formal teas, small birthdays and large 100 black tie Gala events for me and I have never been anything less than stunned at all of her thoughtful touches. She works very hard to make sure every detail is attended to. From the flower bouquets to hand folded napkins she makes everything special. Im so pleased to have her on my team to make all of my events stand out. Everyone raves and asks to be invited to my parties and she has become a big part of that success.
