Hi loves! I'm a Tampa-based Wedding Expert who has planned several weddings in the last few years. First of all, I want to thank you for considering my help in planning your wedding! I've worked to enhance my love for events through a professional Wedding Planner certification. I also have several years of experience working as a Marketing Event Manager in the technology sector. I would like to think that I have hands-on approach and an outgoing personality. I treat all my clients as if I'm planning for my closest friends or family. I would absolutely love to work with you and earn your trust in bringing your dream wedding to life!

I'm SO passionate about helping my clients achieve the day of their 'Pinterest' dreams – whether you're on a tight budget or more flexible. I know that weddings can be an exciting yet challenging time in life (especially when plate service can run $180/head and there are 200 local vendors for venues, catering, photographers/videographers, linens, music, rentals, bartending, etc., etc., etc.) My preferred vendors list caters to all budgets, "wedding vibes" and guest counts. I am forever grateful that I hired Julia for my 2022 wedding. I initially thought I would only need partial planning help, but we ended up hiring Julia to plan the entire thing and she did an amazing job in making the small details come to life and suggesting things I would have never thought about. Julia provided us a preferred vendors list before the wedding as well as wedding day checklists and itineraries that made my life a breeze so we could enjoy our special day. She took care of everything - floral details, color schemes, booking, dealing with our vendors, wedding day support, etc. She even toured a few venues on her own for us and sent us photos/videos. I could not recommend her services more. On top of that, she is the absolute sweetest and I now consider her a good friend! Thank you Julia!!

As an early-career wedding planner (3 full planning; 1 partial; 3 wedding management bookings), I have a passion for my work and creating beautiful and memorable weddings for my clients! I particularly enjoy planning outdoor/garden-esque weddings, as well as rustic barn weddings. However, I'm a super detail-oriented and well-researched planner for all themes! I put immense effort into researching and planning each aspect of the wedding, regardless of the theme or location.

You will be working solely with me - Julia, throughout the entire planning and on-site process! I believe that personal attention and care are the keys to creating your perfect wedding day. As a one-person operation, I can offer you a personalized experience that you won't find with larger wedding planning firms. I take the time to get to know each of my clients on a personal level, so I can understand their vision and bring it to life. You won't have to worry about dealing with multiple people or passing messages through intermediaries; I'll be there every step of the way to answer your questions and address any concerns.

Rehearsal dinner / ceremony planning is included in all of my packages! For other events, like showers, etc., I'm happy to help plan for an additional fee and on a case-by-case basis. Let me know what you'll need and we can make it happen. I also have several years of experience working as a Marketing Event Manager in the technology sector, so I've planned and managed events for all purposes and all sizes.

Depending on the type of package you're looking for, you can expect me to be there with you every step of the way and as much as needed! If you're interested in my full planning package, I'm available for unlimited in-person client/planner and outside vendor metings (and always by phone/email). I do not – I only take on a few weddings per year (and more than likely – during different seasons, or at least months). You can expect my full attention during our time planning together!
