I will curate your timeless moments and be the architect of your dream wedding! ​As your photographer, I am here to capture the essence of your love in vivid images that will withstand the test of time.

My goal is always to celebrate YOU, your love, and your unique story. I want to know what makes you happy, how you share your love, and who you are. Then with 20 years of experience, I take those details and make them shine on your wedding day!

For those couples who want to make the decisions but don’t have time to do the work, the Full Planning Package may be just the right fit. While you’ll still have full input and make all final decisions, your expert will do the work for you. So you can just show up and enjoy your day!

Our Month of Coordination Packages add extra planning meetings and guidance so you always know where you should be focusing. These packages are designed for couples who can’t - or don’t want to - go into the planning process without a road map but would still like to have a hands-on personalized experience. While you’ll make all final decisions, we’ll use our resources and experience to share suggestions, and recommendations.

Our Day of Coordination Packages are tailored for couples who are excited to be involved in the planning process but want experienced guidance and assistance executing their plans on their wedding day. JW Designs will provide you with expert advice and answer any questions you may have during various topic-specific pre-planning meetings, provide vendor recommendations and proven tips along your planning journey.

    We hired Jaime as our wedding planner and she was so detail-oriented, helpful, calming, direct and communicative. She was spot on with almost every single detail, and even helped sew a couple bustle loops for me last minute when my dress wasn’t cooperating. She carries tissue with her everywhere and is always prepared for anything. With Jaime as your wedding planner, you can rest comfortably knowing that she will take care of the overwhelming amount of things to be executed on your wedding day. Because of her, my mom (my matron of honor), my Husband & I were all able to walk through our wedding day in the moment & carefree! She is the best!

    Jaime was, and still is, a complete godsend. Though highly organized myself, her expertise in the industry and incredible kindness made planning our wedding weekend a breeze. Whether it was a formal planning call or a quick text question, we always felt heard and understood. Jaime did a beautiful job turning our vision into a reality, and helped us keep in budget while focusing on the most important parts of our day. Not only did we use her as our planning coach, but we also asked her to photograph our Ketubah signing the night before, and the photos are beautiful. Her ability to manage vendors, keep others accountable, and maintain her smile is a skill I continually admire. Many folks were asking us after our weekend who our planner was (and if she was available) and we cannot sing her praises enough.
