Kelly Soule, Owner, and Principal Planner is a Boston Wedding Planner with over 8 years of experience successfully managing Weddings of all shapes and sizes. Her passion for what she does makes every moment enjoyable and is perfectly married to her eagerness to continue to learn and take on new challenges. Her attention to detail and calming personality consistently provides clients with peace of mind throughout the planning process, and most importantly, on the Wedding day!

In addition to her social experience, she has over 15 years of experience running corporate and hospitality events. She also owns Kelly Elizabeth Event's sister company, 8 Stratton Event Management which works with corporate, brand, and non-profit clients. Current and previous clients include the Sundance Film Festival, US Open, NFL, Related Beal, Compass Real Estate, REI, Barr Foundation, and more. Kelly is originally from Westborough, MA but currently resides in Cape Cod, MA. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to new places and advocating for animal rescue.

We will help you find the perfect destination that fits you and your guests needs and help ensure communication between your venue and vendors on site and your is seamless. All you have to do is hop on a plane and enjoy.

Think of it as meeting in the middle. We will jump in feet first with you at a closer lead time to your Wedding. 1, 3 or 6-month planning support includes day-of coordination and options to add design+personalization.

One of our favorite parts of the Wedding process is putting together a design story that personally reflects the lives and personalities of our couples. From vision to sourcing and setup - we'll help make sure every detail is cohesive from the invitation to the dancefloor.

    Kelly and Ashley are a DREAM TEAM!! They are so fun, kind, and organized. Kelly was so quick to pick up on the style we were going for and was great at elevating our vision and making it all easy and fun to plan. On top of the great design and vision work, they are vendor management SUPERSTARS. The day of the wedding was low stress and my entire family and bridal party were impressed that we weren't distracted by any day of questions. Everything came out even better than we imagined and we couldn't have done any of this without them!

    Brad and I were lucky to work with Ashley and Kelly for 3 month planning, day of coordination, and full design support. From picking table clothes to finding a wedding cake, Ashley and Kelly were there every step of the way. During the planning process we'd have a nearly daily conversation about how we couldn't imagine planning our wedding without them! Neither of us had planned an event larger than a super bowl party before and Ashley and Kelly were patient, understanding, and beyond helpful. We didn't have a clear vision of our wedding but Kelly helped design a day that was stunning and absolutely felt like "us". We got so many compliments from our guests about the look and feel of our day. Ashley is a planning rock star. She kept us on task with vendors, organized our tasting, and kept everything running smoothly on our wedding day. Ashley was really responsive whenever Brad and I had any questions or were having an anxious moment. Cannot say enough good things about Kelly Elizabeth Events and Ashley and Kelly!

    We worked with Ashley at Kelly Elizabeth Events for our wedding in August. Ashley provided us with partial wedding planning support (6 months). We spoke with a number of different planners who's services included providing access to some general software and template checklists. Unlike other options, Kelly Elizabeth Events look the time to understand how you envisioned your day, what support you wanted vs. needed, and identified & swiftly actioned areas that needed to be addressed. We received a personalized, detailed checklist and agenda every time we met with Ashley. Ashley was an all-star, planning angel. During the planning sessions, she was understanding of my husband and my tight working schedules. Ashley navigated the challenges of us living and planning from another state. She pushed progress in areas that we couldn't, while finding ways for our decisions and preferences to be layered in. One example of the efficiency and thoughtfulness of Ashley - since my husband and I don't live in Boston, we needed to leverage holiday weekends or even work trips nearby to fit in a stop in Boston. We needed to fit a venue walkthrough, cake tasting, and rental appointment in one week. Recognizing three separate appointments would be near impossible for us, Ashley picked up rental samples for us to view during our venue walkthrough, went out of her way to drop off the samples, and facilitated a thorough venue walkthrough with our catering team and venue director. On top of all that, Ashley managed to bring us our cake tasting samples so we could have a remote cake tasting. Without Ashley, we would've needed to take work days off or come back another weekend. On a separate note, we later found out our close friends had used Kelly Elizabeth Events for their wedding as well. They underscored how happy they were with their choice too; they would equally recommend and refer Kelly Elizabeth Events!
