Keystone Event Coordinating is the final piece for your perfect day! When you choose us, you're getting your wedding BFF who is super organized chaos coordinators who can tackle any element of your day with ease. On your day, you'll have at least one of our three main coordinators--Katie, Lyndsey, or Kelsey. New for 2024 we've added two amazing assistants--Jill and Bri. Together, we are multitasking women with years of relevant experience both in and out of the wedding world. We're teachers, hairstylists, wives, mamas, creatives, and more. We LOVE weddings and would love to help create your perfect day.

We are a unique blend of professionals; Katie was a high school English teacher for 12 years, Lyndsey taught college for 6 years, Kelsey has been a wedding hairstylist for 5 years, and our friendship bonds us together, making us a solid team. We support each other in all areas of our lives and extend our friendship to our amazing clients. We pride ourselves in our ability to build relationships and connect with our couples, helping them feel at ease and in good hands on their most important days. We are all type-A and will do what it takes to get the job done while maintaining our cool. Plus, we love decorating...like, A LOT!

Full-service planning is exactly how it sounds--FULL SERVICE! Be as involved as you want to be and let us handle bringing it all together. We help create your day from beginning to end!

For partial planning, we take over as the primary point of contact three months out. From there, we finish booking vendors, track RSVPS, manage your wedding website, provide event styling, and more! Want more help in the beginning? Ask about Split Partial Planning! Split up your three months of planning where you need it most--the first two months upon booking us and finish up with month-of coordination! Starting at $2,600

We offer elopement/microwedding packages for every level of planning. See the breakdown below! Day-of coordinating: $1,690; Partial planning: $2,460, Split partial planning: $3,230, Full-service planning: $1,400 + 15% of vendor cost

With day-of coordination, we create the timeline for the day for you to edit and update. On the day, we coordinate all details from beginning to end!

    We had our wedding at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville and could not have had a better experience with Keystone. They acted as our day-of coordinator, and we ended up being very happy we hired them! They removed all the stress from the day so we could just focus on the event. We worked with Lyndsey in the month leading up to the wedding, and she coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everything went smoothly, and ensure we didn't have to do much other than show up on the day of! We also had our 3-month-old son with us, and having Lyndsey's help made it that much easier to bring him along. She also saved the day by going back and retrieving a forgotten pack and play! I would recommend Keystone to other couples getting married at the Biltmore or in the Asheville area.

    Katie was the absolute best!! From the moment she started helping me with month-of planning for my wedding I felt so much more calm and confident about the process. She was so kind and professional, and assisted me in making my wedding vision come to life beautifully! Katie helped me to incorporate addition vendors such as a band and florist seamlessly, and worked very hard the day of my wedding to coordinate it all. There were a few details we hadn’t planned for that happened on my wedding day, but Katie was able to accommodate everything and keep us on schedule. Everything went absolutely perfect, and I was so thankful for the help of her and her assistant Lyndsey!

    Keystone is organized, friendly and makes everything a smooth process for all involved. We work with many coordinators and Keystone has definitely been one of the easiest to team up with. They communicate effectively in advance of the event as well as on the night of, which is a huge bonus for us DJ's, since we have many events to work together on from the dinner, grand entrance, cake cutting, toasts, special dances, etc. We are grateful to work with these professionals and we know their couples must be ecstatic as well.

    There is truly no product or service I have ever received that I would recommend higher than Keystone Event Coordinating. Katie is the greatest wedding planner the world has ever seen. She communicated with us perfectly leading up to the wedding, making sure everything was just as we wanted it to be but not overwhelming us with details. We felt no stress planning a big wedding in 4 months because Katie had every single detail covered. This preparation and diligence was readily apparent on our wedding day, as every single moment was finely planned by Katie to run smoother than we ever could have hoped. If you’re worried about the idea of planning an entire wedding, look no further than Keystone Event Coordinating. I guarantee you will be satisfied and it is the best decision you could make for having an excellent wedding. Katie is a superhero like the world has never seen before and myself and my wife are forever indebted to her for putting together the greatest day of our lives. 5 stars is not even close to enough, I couldn’t recommend this enough.
