My name is Kimberly and I’m a Disneyland bride. After almost a three year wedding postponement, I finally had my big day. I realized there were many moments during my wedding day, I wished I could have “cloned” myself. There were so many little things that needed my attention and being the bride, I wasn’t able to attend to them. I had to have either a bridesmaid or my mother handle it, which wasn’t ideal. I wanted everyone in the moment and enjoying the day with me. That’s the moment I realized I needed to prevent moments like this from happening to other wedding couples.

Having just been a bride, I know the stress that comes with planning a wedding. As a bride, I realized that no one cared about my wedding the way I did. But I didn’t have me as a coordinator. I will care about your wedding day just as much as you do. I want your day to be about enjoying everything you have planned and waited for. Let me take care of the littles things that will pop up, I will help plan your dream wedding from beginning to end. Even if that just means working with me as your day of coordinator.     Kim and her husband are literally the dream team. I hired her as my day of coordinator to help me set up all my personal items, and she did an AMAZING job. She was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to all communications leading up to the wedding. She worked seamlessly with the rest of my vendors to make sure our day ran smoothly. Kim truly went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was magical. Thank you for everything!!

    Kim and her husband Travis were the perfect team for our wedding! Kim made the planning process so fun and eliminated a lot of stress by providing timelines and suggestions for when certain tasks needed to be completed by. She helped make all of my desires come true all while making sure I stayed within my budget. Working with Kim also felt like I had a close friend helping me along the way! She was genuinely excited and happy to help with what ever was needed. She took a bunch of beautiful pictures and videos throughout the event and shared everything with me. You can truly tell that she absolutely loves this business and wants nothing but the best for her clients. The day-of went so smooth! I don't think i had 1 task or question come to me. She allowed me to enjoy the entire day without a single worry. She managed the entire event and thought ahead for every possible scenario to mitigate issues before they even happened. She had such a great balance of being in work mode while also feeding off the fun energy of the guests and blending right in with the party. She even helped my family set up the decor in the reception area! This whole event would not have been as successful and memorable without her. I'm so grateful to have found Kim and have had her apart of our day! Knowing that there was nothing I would have changed is the greatest gift I could have asked for.     Kimberly was an absolute amazing asset to have on our wedding day! I cannot thank Kimberly enough for all of her help coordinating our personal decor items and making sure everything went smoothly (including at our rehearsal)! She and her assistant, Stacey, made sure that we had a magical day! The pics and videos she took on her phone are also perfect to have while we wait for our pics from our photographer! I cannot recommend Kimberly enough, especially if you are having a Disney wedding!

    If you're looking for a wedding planner or day of coordinator, Kimberly is the one to book! She was so attentive to everything we wanted, and even soothed my mom when she was freaking out more than we were! There was no one I trusted more to make sure the vision in my mind came to life, and she did that and made it even better! There is no doubt that she is the BEST!
