Hi there! My name is Liv and I am a New England born event planner. Being the youngest of 12 cousins, I went to my fair share of weddings growing up. I naturally fell in love with seeing the first chapter of my friends and families life begin. I’ve worked with some of the best vendors in the Seacoast, learning and growing as much as possible. In October 2021, I took a leap of faith and opened my own business! I'll never take for granted being able to work with clients I love, doing what I love. Let’s make your dream wedding a reality!

I am my clients biggest advocate and will go above and beyond. No request is too big and no detail is too small. Whether it’s picking up your wedding cake, scouring websites for your dream decor, or assembling your favors by hand, it’s my job to make your dream come true.

    Liv made the whole process go smoothly. She was very responsive throughout the planning process, and in close communication with all of my vendors in the months leading up to the wedding. She was so helpful on our wedding day making sure that everything went smoothly and looked beautiful! Liv is an amazing coordinator, highly recommended!

    Liv was amazing and I absolutely loved working with her! She was super responsive and took care of absolute everything on the day of the wedding and communicated closely with all of my vendors leading up to the day. The timeline and order of events went perfectly smoothly and everything looked just as I imagined it. I highly recommend Liv if you’re looking for a coordinator!

    Liv was amazing and so helpful for everything to do with our wedding! She not only went above and beyond, but she was also calm when things would go slightly awry (which they always do with big events). She was more than worth it and we couldn’t have had our special day without her!!

    We hired Liv to be our day-of coordinator for a June wedding. We also added on an extra month of her services, so we had her begin working with us to plan in earnest about two months out from the wedding. In the leadup to the big day, Liv was helpful and responsive, typically handling the intercommunications between all of our vendors (we had two different sites for the ceremony and reception and had to bring in everything, including transportation between the two venues) to make sure that everyone was on the same page. She did this work behind the scenes, handling things deftly and in a timely manner. Whenever we needed a check-in, Liv was prompt and responsive and we were able to get quick responses via texts/emails and longer check-ins over the phone. While Liv is still in the early part of her career, she has a clear talent and drive for this sort of event planning work. We were very satisfied with the utility that she provided in helping us to put things together ahead of our wedding date. However, where Liv truly thrived was on the day of the wedding. If she was helpful in the lead up, she was truly indispensable in “running the show.” With all of the logistics involved in moving people between hotels, the ceremony venue, and the wedding venue (as well as a move indoors for the cocktail hour due to rain), Liv was on top of it and in complete command of the situation. She responded to urgent needs with a calm demeanor, clear and concise direction to associated parties, and a constant bent towards customer service. Our wedding day featured rain. A lot of rain. During the reception, which was under a tent in a field, Liv never stopped moving. She helped move people between locations, communicated with the caterer and DJ with ease, and insured that all of our guests were taken care of at every turn. My lasting image of Liv at the wedding is of her running between the catering and reception tents to cover our caterers with umbrellas as they carried the various courses to each table. Despite a downpour during dinner, everyone’s food was perfect and plates were dry. While this is just a microcosm of the work that she did for us on our wedding day, I believe that it encapsulates what makes Liv so good at what she does; she is the kind of go-getter that will do everything within her power to guarantee that your wedding day unfolds as you imagine, and she’ll do it with a smile, a laugh, and a kind word. I cannot recommend Liv Charron highly enough.
