M.O. Everlasting Weddings is a wedding planning service based in Long Island, New York, that also travels for destination weddings. Founder and lead planner Menaza has over 10 years of experience in the wedding industry and has brought many couples' visions to life. Offering everything from full and partial planning to day and month-of coordination, to-be-weds can relax knowing their wedding is in good hands. M.O. Everlasting Weddings can't wait to help plan and execute your dream celebration. Whether you need thorough guidance from the get-go or just a hand with the finishing touches, we will ensure your magical day is a success.

Menaza Townsend is a go-getting, multi-tasking, ‘just do it’ kind of person who brings energy to all she does and gets the most gratification from improving herself and satisfying others. Menaza received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA from Molloy University. She started working in the Special Event and Wedding industry at the age of 20. After finishing her undergrad studies Menaza worked as a Corporate Event Planner. After a year of corporate event planning, She made the switch to Day-Of-Coordination for weddings in the Long Island/NYC area.

Started planning but still need assistance securing a few vendors? Our partial planning package is perfect, our team will help secure those final vendors, assist with timeline creation, vendor management and day of coordination.

So you’ve planned your entire wedding, now let us take over so you and your significant other are able to enjoy this special day! We will be on site with you from getting ready to your send off in order to ensure everything goes according to plan. We will enforce the timeline and deal with unforeseen circumstances. She was a complete life-saver and her calmness, professionalism, patience, and leadership in the face of any and all challenges that arose led to an amazing night! Menaza helped execute our vision perfectly and was always available for any and all questions we had. Everyone who interacted with Menaza, from family and friends to vendors, commended her work.     We were unsure if having a day of coordinator would be worth it, but with Menaza, she took care of EVERYTHING! From the vendors, to the change in plans because of the rain, everything went perfectly. She assisted guests, held my dress in the rain and ensured we were taken care of. We could not recommend menaza enough!

    So happy I was able to find MO Everlasting Weddings for my wedding this past June! Menaza was very likable and easy to work with from the beginning. She was super helpful with our vendors. It also was super helpful to have her do a walk through at the venue and be at the church for our rehearsal. It really helped everything go according to plan! She also had a great advice along the way and made me feel super comfortable. I truly enjoyed my wedding without worrying about any little issue knowing she was there as support.     Menaza (M. O. Everlasting) was amazing for my wedding as my Day of Coordinator. My wedding was on the large size (220 people) and had a lot of moving parts. My husband is Malayali so we wanted to incorporate his traditions along with my catholic ones. So this involved MANY extra details including 3 outfit changes, choreographed dances, and complicated family photos in many locations. To pull this off I new I needed help the day of my wedding. Menaza took care of everything, I had complete trust in her, she handled everything so I could just enjoy my day. When my photobooth did not show up she HUNTED them down and got them there and set up in time. I am so glad we had her! I could not have done it without her!
