I help couples navigate planning a huge event while staying focused on the goal of celebrating your union and commitment to one another. I work with my clients to craft customized weddings that tap into the magic of your love story, align with your values, and deepen your connection to one another.

I believe the process of planning a wedding can in and of itself be a meaningful experience. I am a ceremonialist and wedding officiant in addition to a planner. I work with couples on an emotional, spiritual, and tangible level to create meaningful and bespoke weddings. I aim to connect couples to the right-of-passage of marriage and help strengthen the foundation of their future together through the process.

    Mischa is incredible to work with. We have so much respect and trust for her as a person and a professional. After we had our initial call with her, I knew she was the perfect match for us. She met us where we were at and inspired us with her spirituality, depth, creativity, and joy.     I had the pleasure of working with Misha and her company Midnite picnic this summer. I was the Caterer and the coordinator can make or break an event. Misha was organized, efficient, so hands on and helpful. We worked seamlessly side by side and she made the event a completely smooth, well timed and executed day. Her communication was so clear and she knew exactly what I needed to know and helped my team as well. I would highly recommend her services and hope I have the opportunity to work another event with her and her crew.

    We worked with Mischa to co-create our wedding this September 2023. She understood our vision and supported us in making an unforgettable day. She respected our needs while adding her creative spark to help us vision what we wanted for this day. She not only provided tirelessness, competence, and finesse on the day (allowing us to take a step back and just enjoy and cherish our time with family and friends) but provided emotional and creative support in the months leading up to our day and in the debrief after. She is so skilled at what she does - all the caterers, photographers, and guests raved about her. There were moments at the event where it felt like she read our minds and made magic happen (coordinating with the band to serenade us, setting out dessert).     My experience of working with Midnight Picnic was nothing short of miraculous. Mischa was a true joy to work with, and made my experience of wedding planning inspiring and meaningful. She is an amazing balance of heart and mind, an excellent listener and communicator, incredibly capable and resourceful, and truly loves what she does.
