Petite Bee Events is my heart & soul ! We are local to the Coachella Valley and take pride in providing services to couples from all over ! The desert is a destination wedding hub as well as the perfect location for our local couples. We not only provide floral design, but provide planning, coordination, decor, and setup service as needed. We look forward to meeting you and hearing all about how we can play a role in making your day and vision memorable

I have been serving the Coachella Valley for years! My role in my clients lives goes far beyond their wedding day. I believe it is important to create a bond while providing exemplary service. Description

With our full planning package we will be there to assist you from start to finish. Some of the things we will help with is vendor selection, venue selection, site visits, logistics of the day. Ceremony & Reception design as well as maintaining communication with vendors hired to ensure all areas have been discussed. Our team will be present on the day of event to manage all areas of the event and provide assistance to the couple & bridal party

Partial Planning is ideal for a couple who somewhat has a handle on the overall planning process and simply needs a bit of guidance along the way. We assist in recommending the client with vendors who we have a great relationship with and will work with us to make sure the day is carried out smoothly. We will also be onsite on the day of the wedding to provide event management and act as a liaison between the couple and all the vendors involved.

For our event design packages the overall price really depends on the overall astethic desired and everything that needs to be carried out to achieve the look. We set up an initial consultation with a site visit. It is extremely helpful when the client is prepared with a mood board and budget so we know where we need to say within. It is always a pleasure to be able to make couples visions come to life at budget desired. Contact us for questions

    We contacted Petite Bee weeks before our wedding because we realized that as we got closer and closer to our wedding day, it became so much more stressful trying to handle everything ourselves. We quickly realized that we wouldn't enjoy our big day if we didn't find help. With super short notice, Petite Bee stepped in with all of our existing plans and vendors and managed everything for us. It took so much stress and pressure off of us. Petite Bee is extremely professional, communication was amazing, and overall they did an immaculate job coordinating our wedding! We'd highly recommend them for anyone looking for event coordination!
