Pink Planner Events believes that every special event deserves to be stunning and we strive to meet that expectation at a minimum. Owner and lead planner, Brianna, will work tirelessly to not only help you plan a beautiful wedding, quinceañera, or other special event, she will execute it with ease. Pink Planner Events allows clients to relax on their wedding day knowing their wedding is in great hands.

Pink Planner Events started from a passion to party plan and has turned into a love for love! When planning with clients, owner and lead planner, Brianna takes into account the personality of each person to create the best wedding for both. Whether it's a simple, intimate gathering or a wedding of 250 guests, your celebration of love will be what dreams are made of. Pink Planner Events takes the stress out of planning and bring joy and ease into the process. Our vast knowledge of vendors in the area mixed with creativity allow us to cater each event uniquely to you and your love!

Perfect for the couple who doesn't have time, doesn't know where to start, or simply doesn't want to plan. We will take all your ideas, big and small, and turn it into a unique and stunning wedding!

Our partial planning package is design focused but can be modified to fit your specific needs. This package is designed for couples who feel confident picking vendors but feel lost when it comes to wedding design. We will work closely with you to create an overall feel or theme for your wedding day. Then we take that to the florist, rentals, artists, etc. to make our design come to life! We aren't scared of DIY either!!

Our coordination package is the best decision you'll make for your wedding day! After you plan everything, we make the day run effortlessly. We will create a timeline and floor plan about a month out. On the day-of, we manage vendors, decor, and timeline execution to ensure to smoothest day possible for you and your fiance.

    Brianna was such a pleasure to work with. I hired her for her day-of coordination as I planned my wedding myself. It was a small, pretty minimalist wedding with 40 guests, but having Brianna coordinate with the vendors, and lead the rehearsal and wedding day was a huge relief during a stressful planning process. She was flexible with helping us plan our timeline earlier than usual and asked us all of the questions that wouldn’t have ever occurred to me. She was super supportive and communicative and helped find me vendors and just so patient with us. Scheduling meetings through her website was a breeze! Being able to see her availability without going back and forth or waiting for confirmations was super helpful. Brianna was a huge help when we learned we couldn’t store our decor at the venue the day before, so after the rehearsal at the venue, she stashed all the decor in her car. The day of our wedding, Brianna and her assistant put the dinner tables exactly as I had shown her, but I was really impressed with how she used our leftover decor for our guestbook table, gift table, and even the bar! It all felt really cohesive and I was impressed by her creativity and her ability to improvise. Brianna was so reassuring and on top of everything and she really made our day run as smoothly as possible!

    Where to even begin! Brianna and Pink Planner Events was a dream to work with. From the start she made us feel like family and we instantly knew we were in good hands. She is quick to respond, shares honest opinions and helps make the tough decisions seem easy.
