Kaitlyn's personal style is very BOHO meets eclectic! She is a bright & outgoing person who loves to be around people. Kaitlyn loves to spend her time in coffee shops & thrift store shopping. Kaitlyn's favorite color is sage green and her usual coffee order is a honey vanilla latte with oat milk. Kaitlyn has been coordinating weddings since 2018. She also coordinated her own wedding and is now a huge supporter of brides finding a coordinator.

    Full disclosure I am Kaitlyns dad. That being said I am also a pastor and have been a part of many weddings. None have compared to the ones Kt has been involved with. I was amazed at her own wedding. It was the most planed out fun memorable wedding I have ever been to. It was a few years ago and people are still talking. I have seen a few others that she has been a part of the planning and every one of them have gone smoothly and memorable. As a parent it is easy to over look your kids gifting. I had no idea how talented kt is at administration. She is organized, precise and great at making decisions under stress and on the fly. I would highly recommend booking Kt and you will be glad you did if you are fortunate enough to get her.

    Katie was perfect for my wedding. She made sure i had everything i needed on my wedding day by checking up on me constantly, made sure that all my list items were checked off on time weeks before, and always thought ahead! My wedding day was so warm, comforting, and exciting. Everything i could have ever dreamed of. I definitely recommend her for your wedding, she will make sure all the special wedding day dreams come true!!
