Welcome! My name is Sam Roccapriore, Owner of Rose Rocc Weddings & Events. I am a certified meeting professional with over 10 years experience in the events industry. When I am not wedding planning, I enjoy baking delicious treats (French macarons are my favorite), kayaking and lifting weights (it helps that my partner is a strength and conditioning coach!). Event planning like you are talking to a friend with the guidance of a professional. Our goal is to make sure you feel supported and stress-free from the moment you book with us to the last song at the reception. We got your back!

Hire her!!
We were so impressed with Sam. We chose her full service package and she went above and beyond every step of the way. She has the highest attention to detail, I never felt anything would be missed or overlooked (and I am very type A). She helped us find good vendors, gave great insight when we were unsure about things/processes, and made sure all the contracts and payments were correct and accounted for. I would not have been able to plan and execute my wedding as perfectly as it was, if it was not for her. On the wedding day she ensured everything was taken care of for us and everyone stayed on schedule. I would not have trusted anyone else to be my wedding planner. I interviewed many options and I knew right away Sam was the one from our first conversation.
Best Wedding Planner
Sam was absolutely incredible and made our wedding even more special than we could have ever imagined. Getting married out of our home state had my wife and I very nervous with all of the moving pieces and vendors to keep track of and in line. Sam assured us it would be no issue and she would be there with us every step of the way and boy did she deliver!!! Sam was extremely responsive and available and constantly went above and beyond to make sure we were ready for our big day. We had issues with our venue and certain vendors through out the process but no matter the situation, Sam stepped up and took care of everything. No matter what the issue, Sam was there to help. Without her help, we would have been lost throughout this process. Thank you so much for being there for us and getting us over the finish line. I would 100% recommend Sam to anyone in need of a wedding planner, she will not let you down!!!!

Sam was unbelievable and booking her was the best thing we did for our wedding. Her day of coordination was completely seamless and her input and advice in the months before was invaluable! I honestly don't know how I would have got it all done if not for her timeline and reminders. She even took over the hotel room block coordination for us completely and helped connect us with a few vendors, which was so helpful as we are from out of town and didn't know who was good. She also came to the caterer tasting with us and helped us to think through so many questions I wouldn't have thought to ask. I did all of the decorations myself, but left it to Sam to set up on the day of. She and her assistants knocked it out of the park, and even used some of the decorations I had left over in ways I didn't have time to plan for. I actually forgot to think about the sweetheart table completely, but she made it look amazing. Seriously, if you are a DIY couple, Sam is the wedding planner for you! Thank you so much Sam!!
The right choice
I can not say enough good things about Sam and her company. She has such a gift for this type of job. She made the night run like clockwork, I feel like I hardly had to worry about anything that night- except to enjoy every moment. She made sure to check in with me periodically throughout the entire planning process. She made sure I had my timeline, deadlines, and guided me when and where necessary. She is so sweet and personable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a planner. And if I ever have anything to plan I am going right to her. Couldn’t be happier with using her.
