    Rachel is a gem. She was flexible and so easy to work with. The support we had from her the day of the wedding was so helpful. We had a very fun light hearted wedding and was hoping she would reflect that energy which she really did with dressing up and cracking jokes to break tension all while being attentive and professional. The only regret we have is that we wished we went with her full package.

    We hired Rachel as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding in September 2023 and have nothing but praise to give. Rachel quickly responded to our emails, maintained detailed notes about our plan for the day, and executed on our plan. We also really appreciated how Rachel handled discussions with everyone. Rachel kept an incredibly positive attitude throughout our wedding day and our rehearsal but was also very efficient and direct about what needed to get done so we could all stay on schedule. We wish nothing but the best for Rachel and their team and think anyone would be lucky to get the opportunity to work with San Diego Life Events!

    Rachel is the sweetest person you could hope to have on your wedding or event team making sure YOUR wishes are a reality. She is very responsive and not afraid to suggest options if your “wishes” are actually not within your budget! I totally recommend San Diego Life Events I know trust/delegation is hard to give when you are usually in charge of everything, but let go and enjoy your event “they’ve got this” for you.

    We loved working with Rachel at San Diego Life Events. She was one of our favorite vendors for our wedding. We almost didn't hire a Coordinator. I thought we could do it without one but I was was definitely wrong. I got so stressed out and Rachel saved the day. We did a custom month of package and I honestly wished we hired her sooner like at the beginning. The moment I hired her I felt so much of that stress melting away. I worry a lot but she was always reassuring me and making sure I was good. On my wedding day she was calm. She was everywhere, I don't know how. My guests really liked her so did my parents who are hard to please. You can tell she is experienced and she is a lot of fun which was good for my anxiety. I've heard horror stories from friends about their coordinators and can't help but feel so lucky we found Rachel.
