I'm Charissa owner & lead planner. My door mat says it best, 'running on coffee, wine, and the dogs time', but seriously I start every intro call with the disclaimer that you may hear the barking, snoring or a squeaky toy in the background. I'm the twenty-something-year-old that's gone from throwing "Weddings" in her neighbor's driveway, to throwing them in some pretty bomb venues. So I guess you can say I've been doing this a while. Seriously though with over 8 (official) years of experience in weddings and corporate events, this isn't my first rodeo. Weddings are sort of my thing!

Wedding planning should be fun! There should be no stress over decisions and logistics. We step in and give you the ability to turn wedding planning into a chance to fall in love all over again. Our purpose as a wedding planning company is to help the everyday "bad ass" couple curate the perfect wedding. Your love is one of a kind, and we believe your wedding should be too. No wedding vision is too 'simple' or 'unique' as long as it has meaning to you.

Perfect for any couple recently engaged and overwhelmed with where to even begin. With Full Service we come in and handle everything from start to finish. We work with each couple to find the perfect team of vendors, curate the design of your dreams and hold your hand every step of the way.

If you’re the couple that knows exactly what they want, and has planning under control but doesn’t want to have to deal with a thing on your wedding day we’ve got you! We take care of all the logistics & operations, handling the days details from start to finish making your big day seamless.     I don’t even know where to start with how much I love Charissa and the whole team at Simply Loved! I was an out of state bride from Florida getting married in Connecticut and she left me with zero worries. I’m a crazy, type A, planner so I was scared to put my trust in someone else and Charissa never let me down. She always had an answer for my questions and responded so quickly. She did EVERYTHING for me, I truly mean it all. She found every single vendor, with multiple options, made my wedding day run so smoothly, and will now forever be a friend of ours! Also, she basically has your own personal bodyguard for your wedding day which was the best thing ever haha! Don’t think twice, book Simply Loved Weddings ASAP!!

    Charissa is a great listener, extremely organized, and clear cares about delivering for her clients. We had a great experience with her as our day-of coordinator -- both her and her team were super helpful for us in bringing the vision for our Brooklyn wedding to life. Highly recommend!

    Charissa is an excellent planner and coordinator! I started working with her with our venue booked, but pretty much no other vision or idea of how I wanted our wedding to be. She was patient, provided suggestions and recommended excellent vendors to help it all come together, and was also on top of all vendor communications. It was also super easy to schedule time and get in touch with her throughout the whole process (15 months of planning!), even if it was just for 10-minute call to touch base on random questions that we had. She, Kevin and Melissa also did an excellent job coordinating day-of and making sure everything was set up, cleaned up, and ran smoothly. She was also available throughout the day (and into the winddown at night!) to answer any questions that came up. Having Charissa and her team really removed so much stress from wedding planning and the wedding day. Highly recommended!
