With a background in classical music and a decade-long career in nonprofit fundraising events for performance arts organizations, Jenny translated her love of event production into custom wedding planning services for couples who want to marry in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Along with a flair for logistics, she brings a calm demeanor to each event and interaction. Jenny is a star-gazer, a Cancer, and a helper. Her warm nature draws couples who value a close relationship with their planner.

For the couple who wants to be guided through the planning process from beginning to end. Whatever your reasons – short on time, not sure where to start, planning from afar – we’ll work through it with you, step by step. We’ll help you identify your vision for your dream wedding and find the best local vendors to bring that vision to life. On your wedding day, you can relax and be present for every precious moment.

The Stargazed Design package is an upgrade option for couples who have booked the Partial Planning Package, and feel they want additional assistance with design, but don't need a Full Service Package. (Design is included in the Full Service Package.)

    Jenny is a true gem in the wedding industry. I cannot say enough good things about her and recommend to everyone that they hire a wedding planner. She was amazing to work with during every step involved in the planning process. From our very first meeting I instantly felt at ease and knew that we were in the best of hands. Jenny comes with an impressive background in event planning. She knows the in’s and the out’s of the industry and has amazing resources that aided in keeping us on track and organized. Just when I thought that Jenny couldn’t get any better…she literally saved the day for our ceremony! Our DJ got stuck in traffic on his way to Vail and was unfortunately not able to make it to our wedding. We found out the news approximately two hours prior to our ceremony start time. Needless to say, I was panicking…but Jenny wasn’t. She calmly approached me to fill me in on the situation. I very clearly remember her telling me “I’ve got this. Give me some time and I will find a replacement.” Within FIVE MINUTES we had a new DJ hired. I cannot speak enough regarding the importance of hiring local vendors who know the area and have connections in the area. Jenny didn’t stop assisting us once our wedding was over either as she assisted us in negotiations with the DJ for a reimbursement. I will never be able to thank Jenny enough. I went from being incredibly overwhelmed planning a destination wedding to feeling so at ease and confident with the professionals that I hired. It is an incredible thing seeing your vision come to life and I truly don’t think my vision could have been executed without Jenny’s help! Now that my dream wedding has come and gone I feel even more grateful to have made an amazing friend in the process.

    Jenny was instrumental in delivering our perfect wedding day! We cannot recommend her enough. We had a clear vision for what we wanted for our Aspen wedding but knew we needed an expert to help us navigate local options within our budget and manage day-of madness. Jenny did that and more, forming a genuine, personal connection with not only us but our family as well. Even with partial planning services, she advised us on different vendor options and connected us with nearly half of the vendors we ultimately went with – all fantastic to work with and the highest quality services. She came to us with ideas and recommendations that clearly demonstrated she understood our style and priorities. Behind the scenes, she put in the time with our vendors to form relationships where she might have not already had them, though most she had worked with for years. This was readily apparent on the day of the wedding when we were allowed to just ride the wave and savor every moment. Jenny did not bring any issues to our attention (though I’m sure there were some she navigated) and from our perspective it was the most beautiful day. Absolute perfection. We heard the same from our family and friends who shared they had never been to a wedding so flawlessly executed. The highest compliment since half the crowd were type A, project managers – bride included. Jenny consistently demonstrated her value from our first conversation and our wedding day would not have been the same without her. If you are looking to relax and be present on your wedding day, talk to Jenny.
