I have a dirty little secret… I never wanted to be a wedding planner. It was never something that was on my radar. The series of events that led me to this industry is, to be honest, not very exciting, inspiring, or important, really, so I’ll skip that part. (Feel free to ask me later.) What is important is that my heart is in help and service. Born and raised in St. Louis, I’ve gained a lot of knowledge about local wedding vendors, traditions, and styles. But after working 12+ years in the industry, I’m down for anything and love working with a couple that has a unique style and vision for their day.

I started The Rebel Wedding Planner as an option for couples who saw the value of professional support, but weren’t interested in the high-impact, upscale options of more traditional wedding planners or event design firms. I wanted to offer couples, their parents, and anyone else involved in the wedding planning process a chance to dodge a lot of white noise and overwhelm out there, and get the professional support they needed without sacrificing control over the planning process.

Unlimited Planning Support + Wedding Management You’re exactly where you need to be if you’re super busy and important (no, seriously) or the whole wedding planning process just seems so very daunting. My consulting-based style ensures that you’re always in control of the process. I can be hands-on and proactive, but am happy to take a step back when you’re on a roll. 35 hours of Consulting, Planning Wrap-up + Wedding Management (aka Partial Planning) What the heck does ‘partial planning’ mean? It’s basically a fancy way of saying you get help from a pro when you need it, but not when you don’t. It’s literally 35 hours of my time for you to use in whatever capacity you need.

Services available beginning 8 weeks out with your Pre-wedding Planning Meeting. Available for unlimited emails/phone calls beginning 8 weeks out. Finalize details with vendors & serve as point of contact. Provide coordination hours on wedding day beginning 1 hour prior to photography start time through reception end time.     From the very beginning, Victoria took the time to get to know us as a couple, what mattered most to us, and what we love about each other. She was committed to understanding the nuances of our vision for our big day and bringing it all to life. From selection of vendors to coordination of every detail, big and small, we felt calm, relaxed, and confident throughout the process under Victoria's guidance -- the whole experience was truly a joy. Our wedding day was as beautiful, special, and quite frankly perfect as we could have possibly imagined, and we owe much of that to Victoria. Victoria's job isn’t easy but she sure does make it look effortless. We owe every gratitude to Victoria for helping us to start our marriage together surrounded by nothing but joy.

    Victoria was an absolute pleasure to work with. We were planning our wedding from out of town and she made it so easy. Like a lot of couples, we had a mix of fleshed-out ideas and vague ideas, and Victoria helped us come up with a beautiful wedding that felt personal and unique to us. My only regret is not leaning on her more, since I know she would have found exactly what we were looking for and saved us a lot of stress. Victoria had excellent vendor recommendations, but we never felt pressured to hire anyone just because she said we should. I would recommend her to anyone planning their wedding in St. Louis!
